What a stay it was !!! Classy hotel , Beyond tasty Breakfast buffet , Staff - omg !! This two are the strongest point I must say ! Chef Yash , Suresh , other members - Madhura , Saurabh all of them were wonderful hosts . Loved it there . Will be coming back again soon

super convenient location to the international arrival terminal Mumbai - 5 minutes walking distance. Clean and nice room with reasonable size for affortable money. The staffs were friendly and efficient.

When "meet and greet" gets annoying.
This is a 5-star hotel, yes, and India has an abundance of cheap labour, yes, but being greeted "Hello sir" 6-7 times up to your room, being "offered" to carry bags by force, being treated as if you are some kind of royalty on the restaurant/ lobby etc does not work for me.
I'm just a regular guy. It becomes AKWARD.
