Nice

The location is very good. Shops are nearby and the Metro station is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only the variety of breakfast was a bit limited.

Area food

Florence Inn always a good choice. Friendly efficient staff good rooms and good location. Will be back soon.

The Hotel was in as good a location as we had hoped and we loved roaming around. The reception area was a bit bland and unwelcoming but the staff and check in was very good. Our room was spacious and well designed and well equipped. The furnishings and fittings excellent. WiFi was difficult to acquire altho access was resolved the b XX morning. What was disappointing was the complete lack of hot water leading to a bracing shower!! Breakfast could be greatly improved if proper coffee were served and a better choice. The staff were somewhat negative and unwelcoming. However we enjoyed our stay and would come again

I stayed at the hotel for three nights. I was very happy with the stay.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 6 yrs with no problem. Since my stay last year room were renovated. Bathrooms do not have shower screen or curtains. When having shower water flows into the toilet and stays there breeding mosquitoes. Could not upgrade as charges were so high. Know all officer staff, kitchen staff so well like a family. The new manager on board is arrogant. Will take payment with no receipts and demands that we are the liers. Alhough location is perfect, food is nice I would not stay or recommend my family or friends to stay there as charges are also high then what is stated on the hotel's website. Very bad experience this time. Not good for children as they could slip and fall as toilet and bathroom together. Water goes on toilet seat whilst having shower.

Auch wenn nur für 2 Nächte meine Aufenthalt da war, habe ich mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. An dem grössen Doppelzimmer gab es aufreichendem Raum für alles, aber an dem keine Doppelzimmer...etwas knapp...ansonsten alles Perfekt. Sehr freundlicher und fleissiger Service im Restaurant und auch mit dem Room service.

*Mugs and plates in the breakfast buffet are all cracked or broken Actually it's pointless to book the room including the breakfast *they where cleaning the room everyday but not replacing the used glasses from they before *no welcome water or drink was offered *the fridge in the room was smelling bad Briefly i can say it's for sure not what i was expecting from a 3star hotel

hotel rooms are very small. However ok if you are going on business and go to room mainly for sleep

We spent a very pleasant three nights at the Florence Inn. The hotel is in the heart of the busy Karol Bagh area and easy walking distance to the Metro, but it is very quiet- no problems with noise in the room or lobby. It's an older building with some dark-wood character but one that is in first-rate condition and spotlessly clean. There is no sign of the shoddy construction or maintenance one often sees in even new buildings in India. The staff was pleasant, responsive, and efficient. The front desk staff were particularly professional and impressive. The restaurant is small but has a good selection of Indian, Western, and Chinese dishes. The included breakfast buffet was adequate, not special. The powdered instant coffee was typical of India, but a hotel catering largely to Western tourists might want to think about offering brewed. All in all, we were very pleased with the Florence Inn and highly recommend it.

The hotel is well maintained and clean in Indian terms. The stuff is very friendly. Located very close to live-full street market which we love. Close to most Delhi attractions both old and new. Dinning area is a bit small and breakfast options are limited, but that is the only drawback we can think off. We will return

Had a lovely recent stay for 5 nights. Staff very polite, excellent service. Very quiet hotel, did not see other guests often. Ate in restaurant a couple of times and had a good breakfast every day. Good hot shower and excellent wifi, included in my room package. Would recommend- and also the Aroma Spice restaurant a few streets away.

Checked in late after my flight from USA, the room didnt have safty lock when went down to ask for a room change, was told no room is available. I checked out immediately and was not offered any $ back
