We had booked 2 rooms in which both had roaches

J'ai séjourné au Ginger durant 6 nuits et je n'ai pas senti que l'hôtel était préoccupé par la satisfaction de mon séjour. La location est parfaite pour l'accès aux activités de Panjim et aux accès routiers. Les employés du restaurant sont attentionnés. Les chambres sont très petites : avec mon occupation simple, j'avais un lit simple/jumeau et pratiquement pas de place pour y installer ma valise au sol. Internet : lors de mon arrivée on m'a donné le mot de passe Wi-Fi et le tout fonctionnait sans problème, sur mon cellulaire et ma tablette. Après 48h, et ce sans préavis, l'hôtel a changé leur réseau de connexion Internet, et là je ne pouvais que connecter un appareil (cellulaire OU tablette). Quand j'ai appelé à l'accueil pour les questionner ils m'ont simplement dit que c'était dû parce que j'avais une occupation simple... aucune alternative ni excuse. Ceci a été un irritant et m'a causé des désagréments. Cette situation m'a clairement démontré que je n'étais qu'un élément financier à l'hôtel et c'est tout. L'hôtel a un "travel desk" où j'ai pu avoir de l'information sur les taxis. À première vu c'est pratique, mais en réalité le prix est 2x le prix d'un chauffeur ailleurs... ce qui est très fâchant. Je questionne à savoir si j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour.

The staff was friendly and the location is good but room was so molded that it was hard for my wife to breath.

The automatic doors for this location are really bad my mother-in-law and wife twice missed to be jammed in these automatic doors.

パナジ中心地までは少し歩くが、それ以外は全く問題無いです。 スタッフはとても親切ですし、アメニティなども揃っています。 WiFiも高速で快適でした。 近くに大きなバスターミナルがあるのですが、旅の後半は現地の人に混じってバス移動をして充実した日々を楽しめました。

You have to improve the taste of food. Breakfast is very bad. Try better recipes

The wifi which is a basic amenity as per international standards was not available in rooms due to some reasons. Except that all else was above and beyond- staff was very courteous and helpful. Sonali and her team at the reception desk really do a great job.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Food is limited but very tasty. Staff are very friendly.

Extremely comfortable space with ever smiling humble and happy staff to serve. They all were so so cooperative and friendly . Food and all meals were tasty . Completely safe since I was solo . Loved their hospitality. Being close to bus Stand helped so much for moving around in city . Travel desk too very good and helpful at odd hours too. Beyond satisfied with all the amenities Always consider if checking this side .They are just amazing and best. Gym too is good enough . Washrooms very clean all the time . Lounging area is so comfortable with so many options to hold meeting or relax .
