チェックインの際、名前や宿泊日数の確認不足があり、同行者が部屋を変更しなければならなくなり、面倒でした。その際のスタッフの対応や言いぐさも酷いものでした。

We specifically picked the place because of the location. We wanted to be in heart of Pahargang. It did not dissapoint. We loved the location. The hotel is doing some remodeling so the upgrades willmaoe it so much better. The restaurant had great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were extremely happy with all the people and services we received. If we were to come back, we would stay there again. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed at hotel Hari Pioko for a night and it was really good! The staff were helpful and friendly, if you're coming to visit New Delhi, it's a hotel you must stay!

24小时的热水非常非常非常给力，几乎是我在印度住到的热水最充足的酒店了，痛痛快快洗了个热水澡，好开心啊！酒店在背包客聚集区，酒店商店水果摊云集，不过我个人不喜欢这种嘈杂人多的场面，特别是不幸住在临街的客房，挺吵的，好在人们起的晚睡的早。。。交通很方便，去地铁步行5-10分钟，去火车站步行15-20分钟吧，德里的景点基本靠地铁就可以到达，这点还是非常不错的。提点意见，前台没个电脑，客人来了眼巴巴等着前台翻那个大本本，实在是效率太低了。

The hotel is located in the Main Bazar area, very close to New Delhi Train Sation and the nearest metro station is ony 5 mins away by walking. Friendly staff and convenient luggage storage service is a bonus. However, the room can be kept better. We found that the floor of the room is dirty. We don't have enough hot water for shower. The toilet seat is broken. Overall, this hotel does a little fall short of my expectation.

客室やスタッフの対応は問題ない。比較的安いホテルのためか、毎日、部屋の清掃はない。バスタオルの交換ややトイレットペーパーの補充、ゴミの清掃はフロントに連絡する必要がある。2階の朝食レストランは普通、夜はアルコールを置いていない。車のクラクションの音が1日聞こえるが、寝られないほどではない。湯沸かし器や1日分のコーヒー、紅茶は置かれている。
ホテル内に日本語の通じるシゲタトラベルがあり、安いレストランやアルコールの販売所も教えてもらった。空港より良いレートで両替をしてくれる。空港の送り迎え、日本語の個人ツアーも依頼した。タージ・マハル、アーグラー城日帰りツアーやガンジーの3つの関連施設を回る市内観光など。大統領公邸内の大きな公園は事前予約してもらい、見学。広く見ごたえがある。スマホの充電器も貸してくれた。
老夫婦で5泊。ホテル前の通りは、賑わっているので散策や安い物の買い物もできる。空港からホテルまで渋滞もあるので約1時間。

朝食も美味しく、何より便利な場所にあることが良い点だと思います。
ただし、ゴキブリを何度も見かけました。

The hotel is well located, the staff is fantastic, the only downside is that the hotel can improve the cleaning portion. I stayed there twice in about two weeks, the second time found the hotel cleaner than the first time. Nevertheless, I needed to clean the floor in my bedroom the second time to remove the smell of disinfectant and dirty rag.

Room had no hot water for 3 days. They offered complementary breakfast but then charged my card. They are disingenuous. Room was noisy from hotel staff yelling in corridors and doing demolition till mid night each night. I wore earplugs to bed. The men at front desk are not honest just lousy story tellers I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

In an active neighborhood in Paharganj. Lots of shopping, markets and character. If you are looking for a value hotel and to be in the heart of the action, and to get to know Paharganj and Delhi, then this is a great place. It is not spotless clean, but it is very workable and has a charm that our family enjoyed. The on-site restaurant is clean, nice and convenient.
