La reception de l’hotel etait en travaux. La chambre etaitaffreuse: la fenetre ne fermait pas, un simple grillage nous separait de la cour. Pas de climatisation, du bruit. Nous avons fuit pour la premièrefois en 3 semainesde voyage cet hotel sinistre et vieux. Nous n’avons pas été remboursés malgre les travaux rendant l’occupation difficile.

E um hotel bom em comparação a outros na mesma região, mas com quartos pequenos e simples. Maioria dos quartos apenas com ventilador de teto e poucos quartos com ar condicionado e não tão econômicos. Não reserve quarto para uma pessoa que são bem pequenos e no fundo com cama de solteiro mesmo e desconfortável. Upgrade para um quarto melhor custa caro no balcão. Gerente do Hotel Sr. Solomon e uma pessoa agradável de conversar e pedir para ajudar nessas situações. Rua que fica hotel não e ideal para hospedar com familia além de ter poucas opções boas de alimentar. Ponto positivo, fica perto de Estação de Trem e outros centros turisticos.

Location is good. Water is good. Good in Cleanliness Poor in WIFI connection and its signal condition. Value for money

The staff were very helpful. It is a good budget hotel with easy access to Chennai Egmore station.

Need to improve a lot - not up to the mark for current environment

I booked through on line. My family consisting of wife, a 22 years doughter and 13 year son came to chennai. The rececptionist age around 52, asked ID for each of the individual, I shown my Departmental ID, but he refused and asked to give other ID, so, I shown my Driving Id, My wife's driving Id, my daughter's Voters ID which saved in my mobile _its rejected by him. He compelsorily asked to produce my boy's Id. So I promised him that Aathar card copy would be downloaded and then produced to you. This conversation between us went about 40 minutes. Still that, my family members standing in front office. No staff, tell us to seated there. It took 40 minutes . No workers helped to transport luggages to checkin . All Rooms are in small

Good hotel, but price is high considering the hotel condition. Man power is limited.

Il fauttout demander....et ils viennent à 2 voir 3et demandenr de l argent . Du bruitet encore du bruit, ventilateur infernal. Sans compter un chantier de construction juste derrière....et ils commencent à travailler apres 23h ...lhorreur

This is my third time staying because of price only. All 3 times no hot water

Reception when we arrived was not very welcoming. We were put in a front-facing room with open windows so very noisy

I booked for 3 persons to stay in this hotel for an excessive local price. Unfortunately one bed was available for 2 persons in the room to sleep on, the 3 rd person had to sleep on a mattress that was laid on floor and the room was only had a capacity for the 2 bed meaning we could not move around when the mattress was laid on the floor. This was not what I expected when I book this hotel especially for 42$/night. When I checked out I asked why we were given this 2 bed room ? the receptionist said we only have 2 bed rooms there is no rooms in the hotel to acomódate 3 beds as the are all 2 bed rooms. However, the advert didn’t mention this. The toilet was not clean and the noise from the street was terrible all night. The only positive thing was the breakfast but did not enjoy that much due to sleepless night.

Staffs was extremely unprofessional and we got non-AC room even if we booked an AC room . After a very long discussion, they provided a AC room! And the room is extremely different from what we saw online. Poor cleanliness and unprofessional staffs ! It was completely a hopeless stay

Very nearer to all. Nice breakfast. In general everything is good.

Bedsheets stinks and towels are old. Luckily I have the habit of carrying a small bedsheet and towel that saved the situation

Tres bruyant jour et nuit, coter rue, mais cela fait le charme de l`Inde.
