Room size is perfect and balcony views are excellent. Nice property, clean and well maintained. Staff are good. Food is good but price is little bit high.

We had a good stay in the hotel. However, the food quality needs to improve a bit, eg. a toaster should be kept in the breakfast room, so that fresh toast can be made and not hard toasts made in advance.

It was a wonderful experience as the ambience, service , cuisine and staff all were excellent. Felt relaxed and happy during the entire stay.

Good hotel with comfortable stay, nice room, good location, scenic environment, and restaurant. Hotel staff were pleasing and hardly have to wait for any service.

We had a wonderful time at this resort ...best for family ....kids enjoyed the open spaces, trees and the playing garden at the resort. If you love to wake up to the tunes of humming birds...KTDC tea county is the place to be in.....only area of improvement would be with the food variety they provide.

KTDC Tea County is an excellent property with a beautiful landscape, well appointed rooms. Each block and each room at different levels, provide a good view. Staffs were courteous. Housekeeping services were up to the mark. Nice place to have a relaxed holiday. Close to Munnar town centre and to the market, at the same time away from all the hustles and bustles as the property is located high up on the hill away from the main road. The food is also good and the buffet has a reasonable spread.

Worth spending time in hotel. Well located and maintain. My suggestion if one is planning for trip to kerla try and stay with KTDC.

Stay is comfortable. Room heater was noisy, hotel staff was kind in replacing but heater noise continued. Breakfast was excellent. Food during dinner was also very good. Local Kerala cuisine was not available. Coffee and tea rate could have been reasonable.

best location, nice land scaping. Buffet dinner was good. however service could have been more prompt.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent - close enough to munnar town, but set in really beautiful grounds. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, very accommodating to our requests. Room furnishings are a bit dated, but it is kept clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Best resort in the city, very clean, great view, overall nice property. I stayed in KTDC Kovallam last year and that was a bit better than in terms of food and cultural activities at night. Perhaps the cultural fest was only for last week of December. But good to see such clean govt maintained resorts.

Most of the time was not at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is good for people who are they on business.

Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel direkt neben dem Stadtzentrum, dass gut zu Fuß in ca. 5-10 min zu erreichen ist; sehr gepflegte Anlage, Zimmer OK; einen Fön fürs Bad gab es allerdings erst auf Nachfrage; WLAN klappte auch erst nach zweimaligem Nachfragen; Personal freundlich, Essen OK

Had a pleasant stay, the staff was courteous and service was good. WiFi is very slow. Breakfast buffet can include few items on order. But overall had a great time in the hotel.

Definitely it is a must place to stay when you visit Munnar, the location of the hotel is excellent, especially it has nice ambiance. Whenever you ask something, you can see their staff will approach us with smiling face and a warm wishes. Really i had a good stay and nice memories.
