對於在印度住過許多地方飯店的我，這間的品質名列前茅，飯店人員親切有禮，床的舒適程度猶為印象深刻，對於機場的距離也不算遠。

Dirty sheets and only got one towel, which was also dirty. Internet didn't work at all.

Xlnt location. People who love western style shopping malls would love the location. For vegetarians, the next door, Gwalia is a decent indian veg restaurent. As a whole I enjoyed my 4 day stay to the hilt.

Bathroom had no ventilation or exhaust fan. The smell of the room was terrible. The wifi was extremely slow.

Safe don’t work. No kettle to make hot water Tv don’t work No hand towels

I don’t understand why others have left good reviews for this property. It’s very dirty with poor customer service. The towels abd the bed sheets were stained and it looked as though they haven’t been replaced for ages. Also, the bathroom was poorly maintained.

Hotel was ok, can do with a repaint Defo a 3 star hotel. Safe didn't work, room floor was sticky, toilet lid was broken, corridors were nice and wide , also very clean, the hotel is in a good location, right beside the shopping mall, which has many food places and a cinema which we used. Staff were very accommodating with our tranfer back to the airport. Overall stay not bad, small fixes will make this a good hotel.

Cleanliness and maintenance need to be improved a lot

Absolutely terrible, the bedsheets had spot marks, washroom was uncleaned, walls had filthy marks, the most unhygienic hotel i have ever stayed in my entire life. Extremely disappointing experience. Breakfast had stale breads, really really bad hotel!

Good Hotel, convenient location for us. Rooms could be slightly more spacious. Breakfast was really good. One improvement- it would be good to add a handle in the shower area so that someone could take a support to avoid slipping

Was looking at Hotel close to airport as I had to take an early morning flight. The site mentioned that the distance from Hotel to Airport road is 2.9 KM. But Distance between Hotel and Airport is more than 10 KM. Misleading information. Otherwise, Hotel, facility and all other aspects were really good

Arranged for a Airport pick up and that along with check in went smooth. Hotel is basic and does the job for the odd night stay. Breakfast I missed so cant comment. For what I paid a bargain.

We were two men, although relatives have booked a double room. At the time of checking we requested a room with two single beds but we were told, the hotel have all rooms with double bed only. This is ridiculous. Hotel should have some rooms with double beds and some rooms with two single beds. Two adult men cannot share abed but can share a room. anyway when we entered the room we found bed is too small and room also two small. It was really horrible to spend a night. The location of hotel and outside environment is good. Another problem hotel don't have restaurant, although breakfast is available. Hotel tariff also looking to size of room is too high.

Value for money!! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was excellent. Tasty breakfast and resturant staff service was outstanding. I was disappointed that i was charged an earlier check in but no discount for an early check out......not fare

Nice clean and functional rooms. Norm these days is B n B for overnight stays. For some strange reason I was asked to pay for breakfast. The writing table in the room was so small that with your laptop on it, there is no space for even a cup (of coffee).

i had booked the hotel for one day online thru your site at a rate. next day when i requested the hotel to extend my stay for one more day, the hotel asked me to do it again online which i found amazing. I was not in a position to be online. The hotel charged me normal rates. I failed to understand why.

Budget hotel. Water clogging up in the shower place. Bath towels completely old and washed out. Stains on bedsheets. Room size good. Staff helpful. Overall it was an ok stay but not great on cleanliness.

It was very good.

the hotel was completely above my expected hospitality. the location and the surrounding amenities was par excellent. since it is actually located in 4D mall, there was no problem regarding purchasing any required accessories.
