圣 Peerless 酒店 Durgapur

I booked hotel for two days for my wife and mom. I was anxious for the safety of their stay. But everything was very pleasant. Food was very much delicious. Will book again.

Bed linens are not cleaned.After requesting so many times, they changed the linens. They showed the accommodation to our driver, but when he came back to sleep, that place was taken by someone else and after requesting, they arranged a bed but asked my driver to sleep without a blanket in the middle of night. Horrible experience. Not recommending this place at all.

Hotel is a little bit on the expensive side. Location is great, staff is friendly but the cleaning could be Better.

Booked couple of rooms for my parents and relatives to stay while we were visiting in-laws in Durgapur for a family function. Neither of the guests had a good time. The hotel was being renovated/repaired, not sure if that meant room services were supposed to be bad throughout the stay. Every request for service was delayed or not met. Hotel was too busy with a wedding reservation. Overall a bad experience and will rethink whether to book again in future.

Wonderful stay

I booked this Hotel with my mind on the name of the Hotel, which was famous for it quality of service. It looked like that, this hotel is, now managed by some other company, taking the advantage of the Brand Name. With the exception of its Breakfast with warm reception at the restaurant. It was not a hotel during my stays. It was a fish market. They should know what the hospitality business is, and then run a hotel. The Expedia should remove this hotel from its list. This is my recommendation, as being born and brought up in the city, and went to visit there be nostalgic after a long time.

Rooms are much improved since recent renovations. The staff are lovely and so helpful. The restaurant could use work in food variety and quality. Beds are VERY firm.

The only issue at this hotel is difference in rooms. The room sizes classified under one catagory are different size. Some are large and some small.

Hotel staff are very accommodating. Breakfast is nice. Rooms are basic but adequate.

1) i was give room no. 206. ( 29/09/2017) 2) room had a smell of COKROACHES. 3) unclen dirty curtains in the room 4) more than 10 years old unclean furniture 5) low graded toileteries ( only small lux soap was given) 6) towels are old and has become yellow from white and must be 3 years old 7) same problem with bedsheets - very old bed sheets. 8) the ceiling of bathroom and bed room shows dampness . 9) the room should not be sold. THE ENTIRE HOTEL REQUIRES RENOVATION. THIS IS PROPERTY NOT TO BE SOLD. I HAD TO SHIFT TO the citi residency hotel ( next to peerless hotel ) AND THAT WAS A FATASTIC AND NICELY MAINTAINED HOTEL.

Hotel is for a good sleep and that us what it did not happen due to room too warm and AC not working. They fixed in the evening and broke middle of night.

I needed a clean comfortable place at a reasonable price, and found it. The service was excellent.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights during theis Durga Puja. I really like the location of this hotel and the staff is very friendly. We had to wait around 30 mins to check-in as the reception desk couldn't find the email they normally receive from Hotels.com/Expedia. The hotel looks alright from outside but the rooms need to be upgraded asap. The elevators were tiny and you can hardly squeeze in 3 people at a time. Complimentary breakfast was just ok and not much to talk about. I dislike the fact that this is the best you can get in an industrial city like Durgapur.

Das Haus ist heruntergekommen. Eine Renovation wäre dringenst nötig. Die Hygiene ist nicht gegeben. Allerdings sind auch die andern Häuser in der Gegend nicht viel besser.
