Very good spa, accommodating staff

Property was great, will visit again next time I am in India with my kids and family.

Rooms were a little smaller but good for couples, views and staff made up for that. Hatsoff to the staff, SUMIT and MEHAK made our stay special. Very well trained staff and the views are breathtaking.

The only thing missing is the fact that they charge a whopping 1000 per pax to play billiards. No indoor sprts like table tennis or carrom available

Staff was excellent - Santosh was always smiling. Rahul at F&B was also friendly. Many more - they made the service 5*s and in keeping with the brand. Rooms were small and we thought the carpets were not very allergy friendly. Views were great from the balcony. Food was excellent quality and they had free options for kids 24/7.

We have spent over 78,000 rupees for 4 rooms and once I booked the rooms the hotel contacted me and asked me what we needed for my mums accessibility needs. We have even emailed the hotel prior to ask for either a raised accessible toilet seat / commode. I was told that they had wall mounted toilets whilst I was already on the way to the hotel and had set off on a 7 hour journey when they contacted me whilst I had no wifi. I sent pictures of the toilet seat that was required for my disabled mother. Once we arrived at the hotel they said they could not accommodate this. They asked for a further INR 21,500 for an accessible room that didn’t have the height of the toilet seat that my mother required in the emails prior to my stay. I only booked this hotel as it was advertised as being wheelchair accessible and disability friendly. Ishant the front desk member of staff said he could provide a commode for a total of 5500 rupees which is around £50 gbp sterling. This I find disgusting when we expressed our needs as soon as the 4 rooms had been booked. Firstly as if another disabled customer visited this hotel next week how would they then assist this disabled customer with the same disability if they have no interest in keeping a raised toilet seat / commode on the hotel grounds. Secondly when I asked to speak to a manager for the front of house office this was refused. We were told to visit the restaurant to spend time there whilst they were trying to sort out the toilet seat c

Incredible stay at Radisson Blu Dharamshala. We have been provided with excellent hospitality. All the staff are quite helpful and courteous. Restaurant staff are incredible.

great hotel, nice staff, very respectful and courteous, all staff stand as you walk by them to show gratitude , honor, respect for the customer / guests. I am from upstat New York. I consider the hotel very safe, good one hour walking running course on quiet main road next to the hotel. Dependable driver Arun taking me to special sites and monasteries, Food at the hotel restaurant was very good. Highly recommend this hotel !!

Have been staying at this resort many times. Always impeccable service. Resort manager Ms. Preeti is one of the best, she runs the place with a woman’s touch. Love staying there. Great rooms, good food, incredible views and excellent staff.

Great properly- location, facilities and sit out places. Food is very expensive but you get get swiggy delivery.

Everything was good. However,I would suggest to either reduce the food prices or include buffet within the stay prices

Overall a great experience during couple of days stay at the location. Fine dining and great amenities helped my stay very comfortable. Will visit with my family again next year.

If you are visiting Dharamshala or Mcleod gang, it is an absolute must to stay here. The views are stunning. The staff is exceptional. The cleanliness is what I loved the most. It’s is so peaceful, you would never wanna leave. The pool was my favorite part of the day. For the price you pay, you won’t get the same experience anywhere else in the world! We will be coming back !!!

Room carpets were dirty and stained.looks like they are old and no one cleans them.i had to upgrade my room to delux room. I had made booking from USA with hefty amount of dollars.was very disappointing experience. Dining at Edge was excellent with great food and good choices. Staff was excellent all over.especially in dining room.Ajay,Aman,Naresh and Abhinav were great and helpful. Ajay deserves 5 star for his cordiality. Santosh the cleaning lady was always smiling with friendly behaviour. Chef was excellent.Enjoyed vegetarian dishes for dinner.Very tasty and not too heavy Breakfast was awesome with soo many choices.Chefs were great and wuick service Overall enjoyed very much except for room This critique is to make Radison better place Dr Amrit Nayar

Beautiful property with excellent spa and attentive staff

Very pleased with the hospitality of staff and food choices. It was off-season so not very busy. Also, tea time was fabulous!

Overall good property and lot of things to do inside property with kids as well. May be to some extent their bathrooms can be improved, sizes are very small.
