Decent sized clean room with a comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast and dinner. Attentive and helpful staff In particular Pooja. Nice swimming pool overlooking the valley, just a shame that it is not heated. Had an excellent massage at the spa ,albeit it was a bit pricey.

Clean rooms and very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet had a very good selection. Dinner menu was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay. The staff were excellent - especially Dikshita and Samiksha who were very helpful!

the staff was not trained to even know the booking. The check in process was a terrible experience. The asked me for more money, although I had a pre-booked room.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel, Shimla. The staff were exceptionally polite and always eager to help. The rooms were clean, and the food was good. However, the bathroom felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Faucets were blocked and bidet was leaky throughout my stay. Staff were very welcoming and cordial. Some breakfast items were not up to the mark, cold or not well prepared.

Our stay at the Radisson was really disappointing. While there were some minor issues like the room was stinking when we went in, there a few major issues 1) The floor was very very slippery and the rug didn't cover the whole area, so we fell/almost fell multiple times 2) The base of our Kettle in our room was FILLED with Fungus. When I then called to inform them, there was no apology from the manager, and he was just like: we'll change your room if thats what you want. I was really frustrated with his answer. The front desk staff and the service staff were courteous and nice, but the overall experience was very disappointing.

Excellent location with fantastic staff

It was ok. A large property and I felt like I was the only one there. Service is friendly but slow. It’s a bit of a walk to the Mall Rd - but the shuttle is handy. No gym/fitness centre and the pool is isn’t heated. Overall an OK stay. I didn’t love it, but it wasn’t bad
