Property was nice and clean, services are quick and excellent, easy and quick check in, front desk staff is very helpful all the time, Food is fantastic. There was no towel rack inside shower room and there was NO Rug inside bathroom so floor of the bathroom gets messed all the time when you take shower and walk out from shower room. You might need to call front desk/housekeeping staff and ask extra towel for bathroom floor. Even, there was no hand towel or other small towel inside bathroom, just 2 shower towel were provided inside bathroom. Food services were excellent including in room dining services.

I stayed at Radisson Vrindavan with family for 5 nights. The location is excellent as it offers excess to temples easily. The room and beds are nice and comfortable. However the bath and toilet were not up to the Radisson standards globally. The door bell did not work, the cleaners forget to replenish the daily basic supplies. I had to call and request for supplies three times during my stay. I think this issue can be resolved with continuous staff training. I found almost all of the staff very polite and friendly. Staff stand out for me who showed willingness to offer exceptional level of services are Anup Singh (floor supervisor), Yogesh and team at restaurant serving breakfast and reception team. Thank you guys for looking after me and family. The quality of breakfast was brilliant as well. May be a good idea to add few more healthy options. Overall stay was not bad but there is definitely room of improvements in my opinion. Hope this helps. Cheers

Radisson Vrindavan is an excellent place to stay in Vrindavan. The staff were very helpful and responsive, and we enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options.

Good hotel in nice location.

The staff does not represent Radisson quality and they did not get proper training in hospitality. Very rude and indifferent towards guests. They only work when threatened with consequences. The room and property were good but the stay experience was terrible. They need to improve on their staff so they don’t behave as if they are doing us a favor by letting us stay in the property.

All areas was excellent. Highly recommended.

"Disappointing stay at Radisson Vrindavan! Despite a few positives, the overall service was severely lacking. Security guards were diligent, and Mukesh in the restaurant was exceptional. However, check-in was underwhelming, with no welcome greeting or drink. Disposable kits didn't match the number of guests. Dining experience was frustrating, with slow service, lukewarm food, and staff serving what they wanted, not what we preferred. Room service was slow, Wi-Fi was poor, and smart TVs couldn't access popular streaming apps. For a hotel of this reputation, the standards were disappointingly low. Hope management takes note and improves."

The hotel has no amenities or basic courtesy that a small baby could get doughnut packed. It is chargeable unlike any other hotel that packs it complementary. Plus no wallet facility.

I stayed at three different places in Vrindavan .This was the best !!! Very quiet, close to the center ( Iskcon Mandir) .Excellent front desk staff. I lost my cell phone,the staff was SO helpful. Especially, Yurjaj... as well as Piyush,and Tushar !!! Manager Sanantan was fabuluos also. Will def stay here again !!! John from California
