Property need to be fixed especially inside the guest room room washroom

Room was very tried but clean - service was hit and miss

All qualities are very good 😊

Breakfast had variety of food was excellent. Their chefs omelettes were excellent. Staff was very respectful. Sachin, Jasveer and Aruna were very respectful and caring.

Location was very good. Staff, especially Mr Varun the DM was helpful. Breakfast had sufficient variety. Would have however appreciated the famous Punjabi Kulcha. But despite comfortable beds with the firm mattress, yet the pillows were not soft enough. Overall, if in Jalandhar, may stay again.

Staff is unprofessional, rude, arrogant. They have very poor customer service skills, will overcharge for everything, bathroom has mold growing, smell of sewer, brown water, shower did not work, front desk staff lie a lot about taxi fees cayse they want to make a percentage too. Find your own cab or ask the valet or security outside the hotel. They could brush up on their English language skills and wear deodorant. Rooms are not sound proof. They have no adjoining rooms either. False info on their website. This hotel is run by goons

Location is decent. The rooms could be renovated at this point. Restaurant is understaffed. Lounge was closed.

Very clean property. Food was too spicy. Shower design is not good so water leaks while taking showers.

It’s old and not clean

Overall our stay at the Ramada Encore Hotel was pleasant, the hotel was clean and the staff generally very polite. The breakfast was varied with lots of options. There are two inherent issues which we encountered with the hotel, the WiFi and the noise. Firstly, the WiFi has a username and pasword for each room, however the credentials stop working every second day requiring calling the reception for support. Regarding noise, the Hotel is very popular for various parties which take place on the 1st and 2nd floors. Unfortunately these parties tend to go on until 2 or 3am in the morning and as a result makes it occasionally difficult to sleep with the noise.

Location is good. A/c fan was very disturbing. Paking staff not good. Always looking for Tip. For ladies lighting system is not good. In bathroom should have more brighter lights. Staff is good. Stayed 6 nights breakfast is same every morning. Should pay more attention on morning breakfast variety. I was supposed to pay my dues at checkout time but at checkin time I was asked to pay full due amount. This is sad situation. Overall enjoyed my stay.
