Everything was great.hospitality cleaniness food. Gardens well maintained. Recommend the Villas outside open planned with lounge kitchen bed and patio garden. Local to main shops in Phagwara cinema shopping mall and food eating out places.Tho you wil need transport as Cabbana is in a main road. Highly reccommend

We stayed in one of the villas. Open plan room with kitchen large lounge and a little patio garden outside. Home from home comfort. All necessities were catered for .ironing board press kettle for hot drinks bottled water even a sink for washing up. Shower is large. Daily cleaning was provided and reception was on call anytime.there is a buggy which they provide with driver if you wish to use even tho we preferred to walk the 3 min Walk to villa. Only negative is breakfast is the same every morning buffet .If hotel is not busy they offer of the menu which is a bit of slow service.Restaurant is very clean and plenty of waiters on call Other negative is The gym.we are early gym goers so 8 o clock everything is still switched off. So many machines do not work. Standard gym with basics. There is no staff on call. Reception phone and lift to go upstairs do not work. The machines were sticky to touch did mention and they said Maintenance will be done. 4 days later they were still the same. Swimming pool we wouldn’t really call it that more a cooling off pool in the hot season. Greenery gardens are well maintained.staff are polite and always welcoming. You do not always get a welcoming drink as it states on websites maybe in high season. There is no entertainment in the evenings in the bar just a large tv. The decor and hotel is of high standard.cleaniness is very good and well maintained. All in all we would reccomend staying here and it is one of the best in Phagwara

The staff was good but room was not clean and tv was not working and ac was noting working from last two hours then the give as different room I don’t like it at all

Great facilities but the staff is not trained well to service clients, the staff pleasant and willing help but lacking training in basic hospitality service. Great management, bathrooms are in need of improvement, outdated, lack of proper maintenance

Worse place I’ve ever stayed. Dirty, dated and smelly. Don’t be fooled by any past reputation, this place is a disgrace.

Very good experience

A really good hotel in the area, probably the best around Phagwara. It has all the facilities for a four star with nice clean bedrooms, gym and swimming pool. The grounds are very pleasant. The restaurant was really good with a very comfortable layout and seating. The food choice and taste was impressive and the staff serving were the ‘icing on the cake’. We were served by Tanasha and she was excellent and really helpful. She went out of her way to assist.

Ideally located between Jallandhar and Phagwara for those who enjoy shopping. There's a mall nearby with modern shops, takeaways, restaurants, and a bar. The infamous Havelli and Lucky Dhaba's are a 10 mins drive away as well. Staff were great and assisted with issues very quickly. Restaurant had great service as well.

The room was dirty , washrooms bathtub has marks, The mirror has stains on it

Hot water would not work, the paint from the walls has worn off. They have patched the bathroom door wall tiles with random color tiles and looks like a circus. Not a 5 star experience as it should be

The rooms are outdated, full of dust, wallpapers ripped, washroom condition very bad,missing showers curtain.. Will not recommend

good service and worker having really good behaviour

Poor customer service, booked for two people but upon check out front desk forced us to pay INR 2000 for extra person. When confronted about charges front desk say I booked for one person but when we both entered in hotel they should have told us at that time. Really very embarrassing situation

Tv in room not working, safe in room not working, no soap in bathroom sink.

Was very noisy, guests were drinking and smoking with their doors open.

Do not book when there is a function. Part from that everything was excellent
