酒店外觀平平無奇卻有著極佳服務,房間大得出奇但設計有點不合理,非常整潔,空調熱水也好,隔音很好,早餐的選擇多而美味,真是物超所值.

Its hardly a 3 star hotel. Not even close to a 4 star.

The hotel is a really a "place from hell". First, the photos you see do not match the actual by a wide margin, so it starts on a false note. The rooms are smelly and even basic amenities like a table is replaced by a stool. The front desk is almost non-functional and it is difficult to converse in Hindi or English wiht most of them. The food options are extremely limited in room service and the breakfast in the morning either does not start on time or if you are an hour late is cold or finished and you again wait. in summary a hopelessly mismanaged, poorly staffed, highly disorganized, rubbish hotel.

Location is very good quite close to some good restaurants and water front. Staff is amazing everyone is so cheerful and helpful. Service level of the staff is excellent. Hotel lacks car parking although lots of on street parking available but tend to get busy during the day and in the evening. It also hasn’t got the swimming pool but Goa has some amazing beaches

It was a good hotel centrally located.the rooms were ok.the food was good.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. This is no doubt one of the best choices in central Panjim. The hotel itself is nice and clean, rooms feature all amenities like TV, AC, a small refrigerator, hot & cold water, cupboard and comfy beds. The biggest advantage of this hotel is proximity to market place in Panjim. Everything can be accessed walking from restaurants to shopping. Staff at the reception is cooperative and helpful and room service is quick and decent.

The hotel is in a great area. The doorman is so helpful and caring. We were in a room right next to the staircase,the noise from people talking made it impossible to sleep.

It was a small hotel but staff was very good and helpful. Only thing missing in this hotel is swimming pool.

This is a lovely 4 star hotel by western standards. Clean, comfortable and surrounded by great restaurants! I was injured when I visited recently and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The handyman even went out to purchase a fuse for my travel adapter as I wasn't able to walk unassisted. Incredible. Breakfast was great. The only downside, the room service menu is not up to the standards of this hotel.

最高のホテル。清潔、快適、無問題。インドとは思えぬサービスの質が担保されている。Wi-Fiの速度に波があったのが唯一の難点。仕事で大容量データのやり取りが必要な人は気をつけたほうがいいでしょう。

All good. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Internet slow but best so far...

We stayed at Treehouse Neptune, Panaji for 4 nights. Rooms are of a decent size and offer good overall comfort. Fixtures/ accessories used in the room are of high quality/ top brands and lend a premium feel to the room. Staff are polite and service is up to the mark. Breakfast offered is decent enough and offers both veg/ non-veg options, guests can also go for eggs made to order. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is centrally located and close to all major restaurants/ shopping area. If you are looking for something in Panjim that is value for money Treehouse Neptune will not disappoint you.
