The V Grand in Ooty turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. The mountain view from our room was absolutely stunning, just like in the pictures. The room had every essential — a water purifier, hot water, and a kettle — and everything was spotless. The recliner was a nice touch, making the room even more comfortable. Although the hotel was still under construction and the lift wasn’t functional yet, our overall experience was very pleasant. The staff were warm and helpful, even arranging a sightseeing tour for us at a fair price. Highly recommended, especially for family stays
