Nice place to stay. Staff attentive and were in touch before the check-in for room preference and time of check-in. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable.

Water inside room is packed in a glass bottle, the cap was full of dirt- not sure how many people has been drinking the water. Room service attended after 3 hours, need to keep reminding them that I asked for service.There was a lucky draw spinner and I got the picture was depicted as pair of wine glass- the receptionist confirmed it’s applicable in the bar-when I asked it at the bar they said it was limited to mock tail! When I returned to reception there was different receptionist- who stated that the spinner is not for hotel guests!even more great answer. Anyway the hotel was in a good part of city, clean and the valet parking was very nice.

Hotel front desk was very helpful with my early check-in and with checkout. Hotel is well maintain. Wonderful buffet breakfast. employees at the hotel was very helpful. I had wonderful time staying at zone !!!

Ett funktionellt och bra boende. Bra rum men sen frukoststart och även utsatt tid 7:30, fungerade inte så bra. Var inte klar i tid vilket man borde kunna förvänta sig, speciellt när den är så sen.

Enjoyed stay thoroughly. Staff were friendly, room was nice. Everything was clean and modern. The restaurant downstairs was excellent.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and i had no problem during the stay. The staff is always smiling and ready to help. The room interiors are very well designed. The LED lights in the cabinet, the retractable side table etc are very user friendly and well thought of.

Had a lovely time and great stay at the hotel. The cleanliness standard of the hotel can be increased though as I found some hair in the bathroom and the spoons and cups were unclean . Otherwise the food was delicious and the room was comfortable .

Het zone by the park in Coimbatore is een mooi, erg schoon hotel aan een doorgaande weg in Coimbatore. De kamers zijn erg netjes, personeel vriendelijk en alles ziet er kleurrijk en hip uit.
