Adiwana Bisma

The spa and the restaurant were particularly wonderful. Front desk was helpful (sometimes a little overly helpful). Pool was wonderful but you needed to go early to avoid a crowd. I was a single traveler but a lot of families were there as well as young couples.

I stayed at Adiwana Bisma with my mum this trip and it was truly incredible! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and treated like absolute royalty. The room was amazing, clean, quiet and spacious. It was serviced every day morning and in the evening for turn down. The rooftop infinity pool had a gorgeous view of the jungle and the rice fields next door were beautiful to wake up to and look out on. Breakfast at the resort restaurant was included too, with a wide variety of cuisines - we especially enjoyed the local options. We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea provided - it was wonderful to try some new little balinese canapes and a tea or coffee every afternoon. The hotel is well located on a nice, relatively quiet street. Walking distance to all the key attractions close by like the Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, Markets, Campuhan Ridge, heaps of incredible restaurants etc. All the hotel staff were friendly and kind and thoughtful. From housekeeping, to bar to restuarant to guest services, we just felt so well looked after the whole time!

We had a wonderful stay at Adiwana Bisma. The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and in a perfect location close to everything in Ubud while still feeling relaxing and private. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool and overall atmosphere were amazing, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and felt very luxurious. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the hotel and location and especially all the staff (Aria the concierge, Mila and Prabu on front desk, Ayu, Yulia and Cempaka in the restaurant, drivers Gede, Adi and Suma and everyone who kept our room clean and cool). Location is nice and quiet while also being v accessible and walkable. Pistachio restaurant has delish local food options and the tours run by hotel with their own drivers were awesome. We particularly enjoyed the rice terraces and coffee plantation visit.

Food was outstanding in their restaurant and the vibe at night was really pleasant. The views from the pool, my balcony, and the restaurant are great! It's tucked away just a little to make it somewhat quiet, but still interesting to watch the rice field and valley. Spa treatments were also fantastic - all organic and natural ingredients

Our stay at Adiwana Bisma was absolutely incredible; we enjoyed every single minute of it. If you are looking for an authentic Bali experience with top-tier service, this is the place to be. A huge part of what made our trip so special was the exceptional service from the staff. Specifically, our drivers Suma and Gede went above and beyond. They were professional, always had a great disposition, and are excellent drivers—we felt very safe with them at all times. Gede even helped us organize a day trip to Nusa Penida, and everything was perfectly planned and executed. The hotel itself is stunning: • Rooms: Extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. • Breakfast: Absolutely delicious and very generous in portion sizes. It is definitely worth including in your stay! • Pool & View: The pool area is so relaxing and offers a beautiful, peaceful view. • Spa: We also visited the spa and had a fantastic experience. Every detail of this hotel is designed for comfort and enjoyment. We are so grateful for the hospitality and the amazing memories. Highly recommended!

Excellent hospitality! The resort staff went beyond to make sure everything was okay. It had a warm and homely feeling with the sincere greetings from the staff. The restaurant even serve afternoon tea and cocktails free of charge.

10/10. The staff were so amazingly kind and helpful, always willing to help/provide advice on booking tours & excursions. The room was always clean after room service and fully stocked with water, fruits, and soft drinks. Furthermore, the hotel was about a 10 minute walk from landmarks such as the Monkey Forrest, Ubud Palace, and Ubud Market. Overall an great place to stay in Ubud and I would very much reccomend.

The welcoming staff and the cleanliness of the room stood out, as well as the friendly and informative hotel transport. The roof top swimming pool with the views over the monkey forest was also a delight.
