Staf hotel sangat ramah, selalu bersedia membantu, saya dapat kemudahan bisa breakfast lebih pagi (jam 05.30 pagi) saat akan berangkat ke bandara. Luar biasa menyenangkan menginap di sini. Kamar dibersihkan setiap hari, linen juga diganti setiap hari. Kamarnya luas, dan tersedia guling di lemari (sangat menolong bagi yang butuh guling kalau tidur). Akan selalu menginap di Hotel Sylvia kalau ke Maumere lagi. Terima kasih Hotel Sylvia 🙏☺🥰.
