Bobrok pelayanannya. Saya sudah survei sebelum booking untuk cek semua, diinfokan oleh staff nya kalau boleh untuk party malam tahun baru, ternyata dibatasi waktu tetapi tidak diinfokan kepada kami sebelumnya saat survei, dan dari pihak manajemen ataupun staff nya tidak memberi solusi apapun, tidak ada pertanggungjawaban dari informasi yang tidak lengkap!

Akomodasi buat yang suka suasana asri & natural, lokasi hotel jauh dari jalan raya akibatnya agak repot jika datang menggunakan mobil pribadi karena lokasi parkiran ke lobby sangat jauh. Air panas di shower & bathtub hanya panas di awal saja, lalu air kolam renang terlalu banyak kaporit jadi mengganggu. Service dari staff agak kurang cekatan, mungkin karena yang standby di lobby hanya 1 orang. Overall lumayan buat yang suka tema natural, kekurangan hanya fasilitas yang kurang sesuai dengan harga.

Saya pesan yang private pool, kamarnya luas dan bersih. Nyaman dengan private pool. Makanan memang simple tp enak. Kalau menyukai tempat yang tenang jauh dari keramaian, menikmati suasana persawahan, tempat ini bisa jadi pilihan.

We are very pleased with the service. The room is huge and clean, pool is nice and staff are very helpful. There 's a nearby pool bar and spa which recently open and has a great deal for a couple massage. Very recommended!

We stayed in 2 bedroom villa with private pool. It is a two-storey villa. It is very spacious and comfortable. It also has a small & simple kitchen. There are paddy fields near the villa. It really takes you back to nature. Me & my family loves this villa so much, too bad we didn't have the chance to swim because of the rain. The only suggestion that I have is probably the lighting in the villas, since it's a bit dimmed at night. And a tip for visitors: keep the villa's phone number at all times, especially if you're driving. We cannot park the car in front of the villa. There is a designated carpark, and we need to call the staff to pick us up to enter/leave the villa.

Tempatnya sangat bagus. Nyaman hanya akses ksananya agak sempit jalannya parkir mobil agak jauh. Tapi ada staf yang bisa menjemput dengan motor. sejauh ini bagus.

Villa bersih, luas, staf ramah. CUma kemarin dapur lupa diisi gas, lalu WiFi tidak connect, dari check-in sudah confirm cuma tidak ada feedback, setelah di call sore baru info kalau WiFi bermasalah, AC tidak dingin walaupun sudah dipastikan seluruh ruangan tertutup dan toilet ditutup tapi tetap tidak dingin, perlu diperhatikan persiapan sebelum tamu check-in.
