Ruangan cukup besar/luas, lokasi cukup strategis. Namun pelayanan di bawah standar (minta pagi dibersihkan, tp tidak dilakukan oleh petugas), kebersihan juga ngga dijaga (kita jadi harus sapu pel sendiri di malam pertama tiba), lampu² banyak yang gak berfungsi, perabot sudah usang & tidak terawat, perabot masak juga kotor (cuci ulang semua pada saat pertama tiba), perabot dapur juga tidak lengkap (harus minta dulu). Padahal ini type room Executive. Overall harus kasih nilai 5 dari 10 dhe. Semoga bisa diperbaiki dan next time jadi alasan untuk kembali nginap di sana.
