酒店很大，房间很干净，但是空调有点问题。

Sungguh terasa children and family friendly dengan lingkungan yang asri dan bersih. Menyenangkan!

Friendly staff, however, the management needs to improve the room housekeeping service. Our room wasn't cleaned until 5 PM on several days, despite leaving the makeup room sign on the doorknob since 10 AM. Other than that, it's as advertised.

Coffee latte-nya enak. Air minum di kamar kurang, tetapi masih bisa diminta.

Puas menginap di sini, semua fasilitas lengkap dan seluruh staff ramah-ramah 🫶🥰.

Pelayanan untuk turis lokal berbeda perlakuan, tidak ada welcome drink saat tiba. Air mineral free hanya diberikan 2x dari selama 3 hari menginap. Tidak adanya sopan santun atau ijin masuk kamar saat membersihkan atau meletakkan air minum. 3x masuk kamar tanpa ijin atau adanya saya atau adanya tanpa meminta kamar dibersihkan dengan tanda di pintu. Pernah saat saya sedang berganti baju, hanya diketuk pintu dan langsung buka pintu kamar sebelum diijinkan masuk dan memberikan info siapa ingin apa.

Hotel was great with excellence services. More variant breakfast if possible.

Saya di sini 2 malam rasanya puas. Cuma sayang kolamnya kotor, orang-orang habis dari pantai langsung nyebur jadi banyak pasir, ada beberapa note buat yang mau stay di sini. 1. Kalau pilih kamar premier & ingin yang ada bathtub nya, request di note saat booking, karena di deskripsi travel agent ada bathtub tapi kemarin pas di sana gak ada, jadi harus nunggu 2 jam buat ganti kamar. 2. Setiap jam 9. 30 kamar dibersihkan, kalau memang tidak berkenan, silakan gantung Don’t disturb sign di pintu, kalau tidak, akan otomatis dibersihkan. 3. Sepeda disewakan 70 ribu/jam. 4. Go/grab/shopee food cuma boleh sampai pos satpam, jadi kalo order ambil ke sana, lumayan jalannya. 5. Jauh dari minimarket, jadi buat yang mau hemat & jajan, pastikan persediaan snack kalian aman. 6. Breakfast halal/non halal tempatnya dijadiin 1, hati-hati buat yang muslim. Semoga kelak makanan halal & non halal dibedakan tempatnya. 7. Buat yang gak suka jalan, siap-siap kaki pegel karena memang jalannya lumayan buat dari/ke pantai dari/ke lobby. 8. Buat yang suka berenang banget, mending booking kamar yang lagoon access karena di sana kolamnya bersih.

Kids club is amazing. Hotels ground is upkept well. Staffs were nice and accomodating.

This was my 2nd visit staying at Melia and It never disappoints us! Starting from the lobby, greeter will be called your name and accompany you to the receptionist after that they'll give you welcoming drink and will get you to the room once your room ready. The room was spacious (5/5) The cleanliness also super (5/5) The friendliness also super (5/5) The breakfast (5/5) The facilities (5/5) Thing that We'd love to coming back here is because the kids facilities as well as the activities. Will be back to staying here again, because we're feeling full! Love

Pelayanan kurang ramah terutama terhadap turis lokal, makanan standart dan kurang variarif.

The staffs really helpful and nice. Resort also well maintained. I got an upgrade room to junior suite. I went to solo trip and fully satisfied with Melia Bali.

The room itself is outdated for sure, but clean. Everything in the room works properly. This hotel get a big plus from the kids club. We love the kids activities set by the hotel, they have nice and clean play room, they held campfire and handout marshmallow during sunset, and followed with movie nights for kids with free popcorn and water. Their pool was old nit not bad too. The breakfast was okay too.

Karyawan tidak ramah, harap lebih ditraining lagi mengenai cara bercakap dengan customer dari resepsionis sampe ke staff resto. Hotel ok. Manager ok. Namun pelayanan kurang untuk kelas bintang 5.

Waited for 1,5 just to check in. Good food though.

Hotel yang sangat nyaman untuk staycation. Terlebih untuk keluarga. Banyak sekali aktivitas untuk anak dan dewasa.

This time, I stay at 4 hotels for 10 days, Melia, Westin, Anvaya and Sofitel. I am most grateful for MELIA, westin and anvaya. Melia is best. Room is large, didn't see mosquitos at all, heard fogging daily. Breakfast is superb, fresh fruits, excellent bread, excellent bacon, great service. Kids Club is superior with marshmallow and movie night every day. Only 1 step lower from Westin due to numbers of staffs employed. Pool is Awesome, great for kids, got morning exercise every day. Beach is great, soft sand just like Westin. Garden is very beautiful, got many spots for taking photos. Crowd is full with beautiful girls, and nice too. Not as ugly and proud as in Sofitel. Melia is a must visit hotel in Nusa Dua Bali, for sure!
