Sapodilla Ubud

房間很寬敞，還有浴缸可以泡澡很舒適，服務人員很友善，不太滿意的部分是，在洗手台發現一隻蟑螂，也許是外面環境的關係，但還是希望室內可以盡量維持整潔

酒店在市中心，不近海，但卻有世外桃源的感覺。職員十分友善和主動。泳池很不錯。沒有健身房是最大敗筆。早餐還算不錯，可再豐富點更好。整體來說，滿意！

조용하고 편안한 분위기의 숙소입니다. 직원들 하나하나 다 친절하고, 고객이 원하는것 다 맞춰 줍니다. 원하는곳이 있으면 태워주고 앱으로 연락하면 데릴러 옵니다. 체크 아웃시 목적지 까지 원하면 데려다 줍니다. 좋흔 숙소입니다.

Very friendly helpful staff. Room was clean, but old bathtub had stains. Inside of hotel beautiful, but outside unattractive because of messy construction. Overall, nice place, I would return here on my next trip to Bali.

Everthing was perfect. The staff was wonderful and helped us with everything. The room was magnificent and the pool really nice.

Os quartos são amplos, com pé direito alto, móveis funcionais, cama gigante, roupa de cama maravilhosa e toalhas macias. A piscina é ótima! Ar condicionado e wi-fi bons! O banheiro é grande com sanitário separado do chuveiro. O banho é bom, mas a pressão da água no 2º andar precisa melhorar. Tem uma banheira enorme e linda!!! Toda a equipe é extremamente gentil e acolhedora!!! O café da manhã e o room service são excelentes! Ficaríamos muito dias mais!!!

We stay a night in family room, very large and clean . Although it is main road with busy traffic the hotel is behind Japanese restaurant set in nice green ambient and was quiet to relax. Staff is very kind and professional..

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, which made the stay far more enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was great, and the hotel was located within walking distance of many amenities.

このホテルがバリ旅行6泊7日の中で1番よかったホテルです。スタッフのサービスがとても親切で優しく、アットホームなこのホテルがとても好きになりました。 2泊しましたが、朝ごはんは1日めは部屋、2日めはフローティングブレックファースト？プールの上に並べてもらい食べました！ 娘がやりたいことだったのでとても喜んでいました。 フラワーバスもオプションをつけました。初めてやりましたが、フラワーバスは冷たいお風呂だったんだと気付かされました！ とても楽しく、早くついたのでスタッフと一緒にフラワーバスを作れたことが娘は楽しかったようでとても喜んでいました。 娘がバリの中で1番いいホテルと言っています！ ベッドについている天蓋がとくに娘は気に入っていて、お姫様になったようで楽しかったようです👸 シャトルバサもとてもありがたいサービスでウブド王宮に行く際に利用しました。 あと洗濯をお願いできるのが、何よりありがたかったです。1kgあたり30,000ルピアでバリで6泊する私たちが真ん中に泊まるホテルとして最適でした！ ルームサービスも安くて美味しいです✨ ここのホテルで食べた、朝ごはんのナシゴレンとミーゴレンが1番美味しかったです！ またバリに行く時は泊まりたいです！

The staff were all friendly and I was very happy during the stay. The breakfast was delicious, and although it was far from Ubud city, there was a shuttle service, so I went around comfortably. I would like to visit again next time.

Wonderful customer service !! Very much like coming Home when in Ubud. Staff all so very thoughtful.,This is the second time i have stayed at Sapodilla and would highly recommend staying here. Rooms are luxurious and it’s like a little oasis off the busy streets of Ubud.

What can i say about this delightful hotel. We had a wonderful stay, albeit just 2 nights, in Sapodilla. The breakfasts are varied, large and delicious. The team are available for any needs and go above and beyond what is required of them. They make you feel as if nothing is too much. Centrally located in Ubud the hotel offers free transfers to the centre of the town and will pick you up again if needed. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Certainly the breakfast and shuttle to the nearby town center were convenient features. We appreciate the at will shuttles. Staff service was subject to personnel and if we can go along with her preferred service given. At the restaurant a lady seemed to be unhappy when I tried to understand the choices. minutes before getting on the Grab to depart, impression was shattered when I tried to verify the final bill. My question was ignored. Rather than respond directly to the question, she snapped and told me to sign. That was quite regrettable to have experienced that poor attitude. Consistancy was luxurious from staff to staff. Mosquitoes control was excellent. This was important and sure glad we were not feeding them.
