Solia Legian Bali

一開始房間有些問題 換了同排的房間問題依舊 ！ 最後 酒店升等了房間給我 ！

Comfy room, the janitor always returns a neat room to me when i am back from the tiring trip. The receptionist are nice and helpful to solve your problem. I think the thing they can improve is the facillities in the gym room and the food of the breakfast buffet. The dessert/ pastry looks staying overnight. The hot food also doesnt taste nice.

這是第二次入住該飯店，升級為有陽台的房間，不過感覺床單沒有如第一次入住時乾淨。除此之外，其他都很滿意。

房間很新很大，設備簡潔該有的都有，員工很親切，現代化設計，一樓泳池有樹蔭遮蔽很舒適，剛入房時有異味（新房子加消毒加香水味）冷氣開很強後味道就淡了，剛好這間的香水味是我不喜歡的。旁邊有間很棒的spa、換錢所，去海邊大概走10分鐘，地點不錯。頂樓bar有點吵，但還好只開到10點。

Room exceeded expectations, location was great if you dont mind a short walk to the beach, trusted money changer next door which was very helpful. Chilled sports bar to have a wind down drink at the end of the day. Staff were very friendly and always available to help. 10/10

Nice place. Good location. Breakfast a little odd but similar to other priced places. Rooms were bourses than all other places we have stayed. From roadside noise but also from rooms above - unusual when most places are concrete but somehow noise travelled in this hotel.

Staff amazing

Solia is the only place I stay in Bali. As a solo traveller the rooms are perfect. The staff are so friendly and beautiful. I feel safe. Highly recommend for solo traveller.

Staff were very welcoming always using eye contact and smiling. Fantastic location to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, overall. Only downside was mosquitoes in the hallways. But that maybe due to climate change. Breakfast buffet was different every morning so that was nice. We were happy and would recommend or come back again.

Excellent value for money accommodation in a central location within 5-10 min walk to anywhere like the beach, cafes & restaurants. Probably not your go to for a family or luxury based holiday but if you’re looking for value for money then this is the place for you.

車寄せからフロント、通路、部屋の細部も清潔で不満を感じる事は有りませんでした。スタッフ達も丁寧かつ笑顔で良かったです。朝食も開放感のあるエリアで、日々少しの変化の有るブッフェでした。普段朝食を食べないので、量より質で頂きました。コーヒー美味しかったですが、アイスコーヒーが有ったら尚良かったです。禁煙となってますが、ベランダや屋外部分には灰皿も有り、喫煙者としては助かりました。立地が良いと思い選んだホテルなのですが、深夜の交通騒音は激しく感じました。洗面所に耳栓が有ったのを初夜に理解。ありがとうございます。

Staff were accommodating. Free room upgrade.

The doors keep beeping if not properly shut and this can happen up the corridor if someone not closed their door properly which can go on for long periods of time. We had kids jumping the floor above us which was ridiculously loud and I had to call reception to sort it. Very little lounges around pool for such a big hotel. Some people reserving the pool lounges and no staff seem to monitor this. We actually had a couple confront our group who thought putting something over the umbrella meant it was reserved for hours on end. No staff to be seen. The rain water shower head did not work. The smaller one did but was spraying in multiple directions. Location is quite good . The pool a pleasant temperature. Staff were pleasant . But with so many options I probably wouldn't stay here again.

様々、トラブルは、ありましたが、対応をして頂きありがとうございました。 夜中に、隣りの電話する声がよく聞こえました。1時間程度では無く長い時間でした。建物の遮音性を改善は、難しいと思いますが、他がクレームがあったかわかりませんが、次の日に、耳栓が、アメニティが置いてありました。（笑） お客の、モラルの問題と思いますが、対応に感謝致します。 朝食も美味しく頂きました。大変良かったです。

Beautiful place — we’ve stayed at The Solia Legian twice now and would definitely stay again. Our flight got moved to the next day unexpectedly and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. I also broke the padlock on my suitcase and they went above and beyond to help get it off. They even provided us with plug adapters after we forgot to bring ours. The only downside for us was the buffet breakfast. The food was often cold, there wasn’t a huge variety, and I actually got a steam burn lifting one of the warmers because nothing was inside them. We ended up just walking to Pad on Bene for breakfast most mornings instead. The downstairs pool gets busy very quickly as it’s quite small with limited day beds, however the upstairs jacuzzi area is much better and usually pretty quiet. The cocktails were strong and amazing, and all the staff were lovely throughout our stay. Would happily stay here again!

Solia in Legian is fantastic !! Couldn’t recommend more. Great location, great staff, great amenities. Our cleaner sunya always made sure our room looked brand new ! What a great worker and person so kind and lovely.

The property was in a great location with a lot of amenities nearby. Great staff- very friendly and polite and really helpful! Very much appreciated! Would easily recommend the Solia!
