Though parking was very limited in the garage, it was convenient if you find a spot. The room was nice and the staff friendly. Breakfast was good and safe for someone with Celiac. The hotel is currently rebranding so it's unknown what will change. The location is walkable to the major sites though not the shortest walk.

Great location on the river away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but within walking distance of the city’s attractions. . The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the needed amenities to make the stay enjoyable. The ongoing renovations were a bit of a hustle. The restaurant was great for dinner. Breakfast buffet could have had a few more options. Overall star was excellent

Great location on the Island, so easy for the City centre, King John's Castle and even the Rugby ground.
Handy car park. Nice rooms that the cleaners maintain and restock every day. We stays on very hot days but the air con made it a pleasure.
Lovely staff, a nice mix of local Limerick and migrant voices, on reception and the restaurant.
Would recommend and will stay again on my next visit

Some renovations are happening. Not disruptive. Fair size secured parking lot. Breakfast was good, a choice of cooked items or buffet. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was good, although surprised not to have a mini-fridge.
The hotel is now part of the Talbot group.

The staff were just lovely. The room was amazing - lovely and quiet, with great views of the river, but only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The breakfast was excellent - help yourself to cereal, fruit etc, and then hot food cooked to order. We also ate there at night, and it was very tasty.
Since covid, all hotels in Ireland seem very expensive, and this trip to see 2 matches in Limerick city was more expensive that we would have liked. But, in the end it was such a luxurious treat that we will never forget, the price we paid was very fair.

It's like going back to the 90s in this hotel. Nice staff, but no atmosphere. Location is a little off the downtown area. Small walk to town. The room is big but has carpet. You can see they are aiming at American tourists (retired coupleS). Not a classy place
