Bath room leaking so changed to another room but that room heating is somehow not working properly

overall this hotel is average nothing special

交通超方便。行去搭2號電車很近，所以過去大教堂區，只是幾個站，數分鐘。 去塔MXP機場列車，好近，車站有其中一個出入口便是酒店正門。由酒店到機場只需約40分鐘。 去米蘭既唐人街都好近，行幾分鐘就到。 酒店硬件保養一般，花灑殘舊，廁所板有膠水漬，浴屏設計有問題，經常彈水出嚟。電視機選台，不及一般萬豪集團酒店。 整體設計時尚，但保養較差。 此酒店比較適合公幹需求，如果是休閒蜜月假期，並不建議。

員工很有禮貌及友善，環境整體上不錯，唯獨隔音非常差，聽到走廊吸塵機聲及人聲，床單枕頭及床頭櫃有些塵，早餐至11點，過了時間都不會趕走，仍為你提供飲品

房间很整洁，面积比较大，住宿体验很舒适。离市区不近，但是附近有地铁站，交通很便利。

5 mins walk to a main train station. Kind of a quiet area and not much attraction near the hotel but there are a few restaurants nearby. Lift is tiny and can only fit 4 adults. Room is decent.

Close to train station but need to walk a quiet and dark path right outside train station if check in at night. Room is spacious and everything well appointed. The major weakness is the mattress being too soft, which made me hard to sleep well throughout the night, but perhaps it’s my personal feeling only.

Friendly staff, comfort room

Stayed for six nights, with 4 in a standard room with my sister and two in a superior room alone. Both rooms are comfortable except the weak shower pressure, which makes hair washing v. difficult. The tap pressure is good but the shower pressure's very weak. In addition, during one night of my stay, the hotel room went completely dark. When called, the reception said would send a man in to come and check. Its late night and with two female guest in a dark room, such response was not helpful at all!!

There is minor problem on water pressure. Water comes out from hand shower is not strong enough. Everything is fine!!! Staffs are very helpful!!!

酒店还可以，但是台盆太浅，很容易溅出水，酒店边上有个公共停车场，治安不太好，常有无业人员在那讹钱。

酒店位置还可以，北区火车站一出来，走10分钟路就能到达，房间干净整洁，但是洗手池设计得很不好，很浅，水容易溅出来，早餐和其他意大利酒店提供的差不多，服务员态度都不错，有问题都耐心回答，但是酒店没有行政酒廊，作为万豪的金卡会员，没有享到额外的服务感觉到很遗憾。酒店附近的治安感觉一般，有几个流浪人员在公共停车场上乱要钱，也没人管，下次再去米兰的话，应该还会选择这家宾馆。

It’s a very nice hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast Buffett is good. Our room was very nice and clean. It’s a bit far from the city center, but metro and tram are very close and convenient. Hotel location is better suited for business travelers but it worked for us too.

Sicuramente un hotel che ha una posizione ottima, ma non vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato. Almeno il doppio del valore che si potrebbe permettere.

Everything worked perfectly. Clean room, staff, there is a metro station very close. I liked it
