Good choice and good service in Venezia. Good breakfast

It was a pleasant stay. We booked the standard double room and the room was spacious with a big bathroom, and small terrance looking at the hotel restaurant. It would be perfect if there is a kettle in the room and if our table lamp is not broken. The cleaniness of the chairs in the room can also be improved. The breakfast was nice, I love the scrambled eggs. It is very near to the train station, just a 5-10 minutes walk, and you can do some last minute shopping for souvenir when you walk from the hotel to train. The vaporetto station is near too, just around 30 minutes and we arrived at Murano. There is a supermarket nearby too, 2-3 minutes walk.

前台服務不太好，説話馬虎。 酒店位置好，近火車站，拖行李箱不用過橋，不用太辛苦。 早餐很美味，頗多選擇。 房間舊款，最多只達三星級。

This hotel is related to Principe Hotel. Breakfast is good & reception is friendly. Overall, it was good experience during I stay in Venice.

離車站很近,飯店維持的很乾淨,早餐比較簡單,整體來說很不錯.

離火車站近，走路幾分鐘距離,交通非常方便。 早餐豐富，客房雖小，乾淨舒適，服務人員態度親切，隔音效果佳，歐洲插電插座屬三圓孔式，須帶轉接插頭。 火車站對面即通往最有名的聖馬可廣場，可搭船遊著名景點，或走路迂迴穿梭，領略街兩旁各式店風情，非常適合自助旅遊者。

Nasty little man one morning at the desk. Older, sour. The rest of th time front was staffed by helpful professionals. Property is very old but well maintained. PLease note: the Amadeus is right on the main drag from the train station. These is howver, a nice little garden at the enter of the property. Very convenient if you're using Venice S. Maria station.

My partner and I travelled for three nights and stayed at the Amadeus hotel. We were afraid as it is pretty close to the train terminal and I had heard it was not a great location. but what a plus. Location was great. Wrong it was perfect! The staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast was exactly what we needed for a whole day out of touring. Many choices. Room was not too small for the standard room we chose and decor was as expected. Rooms looked better in person than in pictures. Bathroom was ok with plenty of hot water. They even provided a breakfast to the go because we checked out at 6:30 am. Wil recommend roe a short stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and I would stay there again if I wanted to stay in this area. Close to the the end of the grand canal, which makes it easy to get to a cab or bus to go to the airport. The hotel even arranged a porter to pick up our luggage and a cab to drive us to the airport, which was very helpful. Super nice hotel staff. Breakfast was included. Nice breakfast - eggs, bacon, toast, plain yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, cappuccino/latte machine, juices, and sweet treats (chocolate croissants.) The only downside: - The pillows were too thin (we did not go ask for more pillows as we were there only one night). - Shower located in the middle of the bathtub which was kind of unusual and not so easy to use. - We were there on a Friday night and there was loud music playing outside that resulted in bass thumps in hotel room until about 11:00 - then it was nice and quiet after that.

Breakfast, staff, & location were amazing! Prime area. It was quite loud with everyone walking around ajd chatting since were facing the street, but we expected this. The toilet has some issues flushing (you had to try about 10 times for it to work) but not a huge deal. The only rough part was not having air conditioning - we didn't anticipate it to be so hot outside during our trip so there's nothing we could've done about that. But if you plan to visit in the summer time and need AC - this might not be the right call for you. Overall, we would stay again!

Check in was smooth and welcoming. Great accommodations with a great buffet breakfast included, that was fully loaded with all you’ll need. We were within walking distance to good restaurants, shopping and transportation. This was a plus because we didn’t plan to rent a car and we would be riding the train through Italy. The room was small but cozy as it seems to be with most local hotels in Italy. I highly suggest booking a suite with a balcony! The hotel ambiance was dark but warm, with a classic Italian feel. The one elevator is compact, only accommodating 2-3 persons depending on individual built and luggage. Would definitely book a return stay. We really liked the amenities, cleanliness and convenience provided for our first introduction to Italy from another country.
