Nice place, friendly staffs, nice view, beautiful city

Close to the airport with free parking. Restaurant on-site. Others nearby within walking distance. Air conditioning. Good price. I’d use this place again.

Great airport stay prior to departures. Nice parking, clean room, pretty hotel.

The staff was a little standoffish, otherwise, they were nice. We couldn't figure out how to turn off some of the lights in the room, which was weird. For a 4-star hotel, I expected more amenities. There was no concierge or pool, for how Americanized the hotel seemed. The walk to the bus stop could be a little more pleasant with some additional shade, directions or crosswalks.

When went to have a shower, ther was not hot water, i called reception and after 10 min they fixed it, beside this all was o.k.

The first room smelled really bad and safe not working. Unable to fix it, no tools. The second room was great.

Picked this hotel because of the price and reviews. Such bad advertising. The lobby is nice but the rooms are subpar. Chipped paint, drab, depressing. The breakfast was not at all what I would expect from Italy. Also, terrible customer service. The gentleman at the front desk was so rude about our party not having all our keys at the end of the stay. We stated we left the key cards in the rooms and he kept accusing me of lying. I’ve never had a hotel in any city in any country I’ve stayed in care so much about key cards. Do not stay here.

Easy 20 minute bus ride into Venice. The bus stop is just across the hotel and a bit down towards the gas station. Nice, clean property in a quiet neighborhood with a view of Venice from the terrace. The lobby was done up nicely as well as the back patio. Shuttle bus to and from airport was an additional charge, but available. The front desk staff and bar tender were friendly and spoke English.

Very modern hotel. Fresh, clean, quiet rooms. AC working well. Very good location, just a few km from the airport. Hotel restaurant was good. And there are some good options nearby. Parking - great. Only improvement might be the price.

I had one of the best customer service experiences in my life. We left to the airport and my wife forgot her medicine in the fridge. I called them to do not trash it that I was planning to come back if I had time after checking in for my flight. The same time they sent the driver with her medication and helped us out. Super helpful and friendly! I highly recommend the place it is close to the airport and pretty convenient

I reserved a room with a Venice view, and I'm glad I did. The room was large, with a glass partition between the shower and the bedroom. With the large window beyond, it made the mood quite special. Everything was lovely and clean, but... the mattress was terrible--memory foam so lumpy, it should have been replaced long ago, along with the four pillows that, conversely, were like rocks. I did not sleep well. If the bed had been comfortable, I would have loved everything about this hotel. I had a good dinner in the dining room, and in the morning, a nice, full breakfast. The staff were gracias, and the lobby was lovely. I especially appreciated the shuttle bus (8€) to the airport, making it easy to relax the evening and morning before my flight.

Excellent service, clean and great food at restaurant

It was ok, clean but the bed was hard, which might be liked by lots of people. Dinner at hotel was excellent and breakfast as well. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Very clean rooms and hotel. Staff is exceptionally helpful. They have shuttle service for an additional fee . Airport is only 10 minutes away and the provide luggage storage before 2 pm check-in. I thought also was reasonably priced.

Great place and clean and friendly environment

The hotel was about 2 miles from the airport. The hotel provided a van to return to the airport. The rooms were modern, clean, bright. There was a coffee machine in the room as will as items needed to make coffee or tea. The bathroom was large with a shower in a tub, it also had a bidet and toilet with a large selection of towels. The beds were large and were comfortable. There is a large screen tv. The hotel has a large restaurant for breakfast and other meals. Prices are slightly on the high side. The staff was very helpful! In the lobby is a bar and a machine that offers a candy selection and hot and cold drinks. Just 2 blocks from the hotel were 2 other restaurants. One makes a large selection of pizzas and sandwhiches. Across the street ii a full service restaurant. The area is very quite. There are several bus routes that can take you to Venice.
