Good things: Great location with good staff. Excellent breakfast. Good working A/C. Bad things: Extremely loud construction noise literally right next door with connected walls with drilling and banging non stop from 7AM to 7PM. Just terrible! Zero comfort and relaxation in the room during those hours. Also the hotel is extremely dated. Needs a complete remodeling. Nothing works in the room. Shower is terrible with no water pressure. Remodeling of the entire hotel is at least 25 years overdue. Very strange TV set up. Staff are very kind and helpful. Poor condition of the hotel is not their fault. All and all, for the price and location, OK.

Hôtel situé à environ 10 minutes de marche du centre ville. Propre, soit les chambres que les parties communes. Chambres de belles dimensions et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner varié, boissons chaudes à disposition, mais également préparées et servies par le personnel. Les tables de la salle du petit déjeuner souvent bancales en raison des dalles au sol. Personnel serviable.

Platta hårda kuddar, fick säga till 5 gånger innan vi bara fick en ny, inte två. varmvattnet kom och gick, för varmt på rummet trots att vi sänkte Frukosten var dåligt påfylld, många söta och ohälsosamma alternativ. Gröna hårdkokta ägg som låg i en skållhet form

The staff was very nice and checked us in early and the staff at the breakfast was super nice although the food quality was limited and it was hard to tell what the different items were. The room was very small and had no decoration and felt dirty and needed renovation. The location was great.

The condition of the shower is poor with the bathroom being in poor condition. The breakfast was good and the hotel is in a central, fun location.

Pleasant one night stay in this Best Western . It’s convenient to Palermo Lolli train station for airport … ten minute walk and in a nice area . Nice common area on ground floor and large breakfast room . The shower was modern and was most welcome after a long trip from Taormina that day . Reception was very pleasant and helpful . Would stay here again .

Excellent location near many restaurants and cultural sites. Neighborhood is quiet. No AC until May. Today's high is 25C

Nice stuff, well hopefully.

The hotel is located at a great location with a friendly staff. I barely had to use public transportation as I could easily to my destinations. It only took me 10 min to walk to Palermo Lolli train station to head back to the airport!! The room was clean with a surprisingly modern washroom. No complaint other than it needed to be re-painted (that’s me really nitpicking). I’ll definitely go back when I return to Palermo. :)

Great stay, helpful staff, good location. A few nice restaurants just across the nearby park.
