迪里昂尼娜城堡酒店

É inconcepibile, per la tipologia e le potenzialità di una così bella struttura, l’esperienza che abbiamo vissuto io e la mia compagna. Al nostro arrivo alle 14:30 la reception era chiusa (e lo sarebbe stato anche la notte) giustificandosi con fatto che la struttura avesse riaperto il giorno del nostro arrivo. Ma il fatto gravissimo é che a dicembre non può mai esistere che il riscaldamento sia spento/rotto (non abbiamo chiuso occhio tutta la notte, oggi siamo raffredatissimi entrambi), che dal lavandino il rubinetto dell’acqua calda non faccia sgorgare nemmeno una goccia d’acqua e che (fatto sicuramente meno insormontabile dei precedenti ma non per questo giustificabile) che la spa fosse tutta scassata (almeno quella non ci é stata addebitata per ovvi motivi, essendo usciti dopo 20 minuti trascorsi a imprecare). Un’esperienza terribile!

Quarto é bom mas tinha uma janela com claridade, o box do banho era um "capsula corner" bem apertada, cafe da manha era o mesmo todos os dias com poucas opções. Por se uma propriedade histórica eu esperava um pouco mais.

As much as I’d like to keep this place all to myself, it was the most magical experience I’ve ever had at a property. This one is truly special, and perfect for lovers!

Quarto limpo e equipe bem treinada!

Lovely hotel. The views are spectacular - the sunsets are unreal. Great amenities and beautiful property. The staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly and always available. Room was comfortable and clean. Finally, located close to Siena with loads of dinner options in town. That said, one might we ate at the restaurant and the food was great.

Absolut super! Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Von der Rezeptionistin haben wir zudem viele tolle Tipps erhalten. Zimmer war extrem schön mit einem grossen bequemen Bett. Tolles Frühstück. Lage traumhaft!

Beautiful and quiet retreat.

Exceptional service and so beautiful! The grounds were breathtaking. The dining was also excellent, we really enjoyed all the staff. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a tale story castle where the ambience makes you feel like a princess. We stayed as a couple and felt like a honeymoon. Now, it’s not close to anything, so for us, the 2 nights were perfect.

Nos fue mal con la cena creemos que al Maitre solo habla Italiano por lo que la comunicación es muy difícil esperamos 1 hora y 38 minutos y no llegó nuestra orden así que cancelamos y quedamos sin cenar el resto del servicio fue exelente el aseo y el desayuno

Amazing food, staff and vistas. The property and surrounding areas provided us with a true tuscan experience. Thank you again for a memorable stay.

Very nice hotels but owners seems like cheap and not care much to make this property elegant. Breakfast and facilities are really bad. The hotel has everything but really missing luxery and Italian vibe.

magnifica posizione - ottimo ristorante

This is a nice place away from the crowds. You are surrounded by hills which makes for beautiful scenery. Siena is about a 25 minute curvy drive if you do not choose to eat at their restaurant. Extracurricular activities are limited to the pool. The room was spacious but the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool in the 95 degree weather making it somewhat uncomfortable at night. This is a good location for relaxing and quiet.
