The staff are really friendly and helpful. I didn't know much the traffic rule of Italy and my car was accidentally towed by local police as it was parked somewhere in the area illegally. They immediately help me contact the police and call taxi to drive me to the destination take back my car. As I don't know Italian to communicate with the local people, they really help me a lot! Thanks again!

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Frühstück sehr dürftig (auch für Italien), an einem Tag war es mal okay, an zwei Tagen gab es fast nichts.
Wenig Parkplätze, diese sehr eng.

Bonjour, un peu plus de sourire serait plus agréable, chambre propre et assez spacieuse pour le prix, emplacement dans un quartier, pas grand chose autour, par contre il devait y avoir un restaurant, il n'existe plus

L’hotel perfetto.
Peccato che i mezzi a Prato terminano alle 20, quindi se una persona vuole andare in centro a cena non può perché non ci sono neanche i taxi.

When we got there, they gave us someone else's room.
The first night, we kept waking up from the heat as the air conditioning could not keep up to the demand in that part of the hotel. They changed our room the next day instead of trying to fix it. When they moved our belongings, the threw out all of our refrigerated goods. When we gave them the bill, they paid it but were not happy that we replenished our water. The last room was much better, but the sink did not retain water well, so it leaked all over the floor. Most of the staff were nice. Others didn't care.
