員工很貼心服務，因行程先去威尼斯，職員讓我們寄存行理，再入住整個體都十分滿意。接待員真很友善，酒店很近旅遊點，下次來佛來倫斯定會再入住。

We are staying at Deluxe double room for four nights. The room is spacious and well equipped. However, some of the arrangements in the bathroom are very strange. For example, the hooks for towels are installed inside the shower area. Makes no sense. Other than that, location is excellent. Rooftop view is unbeatable. Hotel design is heartwarming and just like your home. Highly recommended.

WIFI is unstable and slow, anything else is perfect. Breakfast is pretty good, good location to the Duomo.

close to train station, good location, easy to find, also with kind service and delicious breakfast.

Great location, close to the Firenze S.M.N station (with 15mins with luggage), delicious breakfast buffet I slept very well for the 3-nights stay (tho the room temperature is a bit cold sometime) And there is one thing I appreciate the most is the room perfume (made in Florence) they are using for the lobby, I love the fragrance so much...so I asked the front desk and I bought some to myself☺️

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Minerva in Florence was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, it truly felt like a 5-star experience in every sense. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the level of service is outstanding. I accidentally entered the wrong check-in dates, and the staff went above and beyond to ease the stress caused by my mistake. They handled everything with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. They took incredible care of both my daughter and me, and I will always be grateful for how seamless they made the entire experience. The room was one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. It was spotless, immaculate, and so thoughtfully designed that it felt warm, inviting, and truly elevated. The staff was exceptional, and the amenities were equally impressive. The multi-level rooftops were a true highlight, offering incredible views of Florence, including the Duomo, but it is only one of many stunning areas throughout the property. Every space feels elegant and welcoming. The hotel is also within walking distance of amazing sites, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring the city very easy. I cannot express enough how exceptional this hotel is. If you are traveling to Florence, this is truly the place you want to stay. Thank you again, Grand Hotel Minerva, for giving us the best hotel experience we have ever had. We cannot wait to return!
