This is definitely not a 4star hotel. Maybe it was 30 years ago. I've stayed in better 2 star hotels. Only able to charge this much because of the area!

The hotel is beautiful, the only problem is that the pool closes at 7:00 PM, which is very inconvenient when you have excursions all day and just want to come back and relax by the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, the restaurant is quite expensive, but you have really good options around the area. The only problem is when you want to cross the street, as it's very difficult because the cars don't stop. I also like that the hotel dropped us off at the train station at no charge, really good service.

Staff were lovely and always ready to help. Stunning views of Vesuvius and the surrounding countryside, from the swimming pool too. Easy to organise day trips via reception. Some great restaurants in walking distance for dinner. Overall a friendly and welcoming hotel that I would highly recommend.

Belle place a quelque pas de la station de Seiano. Le dejeuner etait parfait très diversifié. La vue de la chambre avec balcon etait impressionante. Il y a deux restos pour bien manger. Le seul bemol que la piscine ferme à 7pm. C'est dommage qu'on arrive de ton excursion et tu ne peux plus profiter de la piscine. Mais à part ça tout est correct

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Moon Valley. The view was stunning—waking up to the sea and mountains felt like a dream. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, always making us feel welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a perfect place to unwind. It’s a peaceful spot, just close enough to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. Would definitely come back!"

Great pool and good location for exploring. There are a few good restaurants nearby.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sauber, toller Blick, gute Lage mit Zug Station in der Nähe, schöner großer Pool + Aussenanlage, gutes Abendessen, (Frühstück war ok). Leider ist es umgeben von lauten strassen, besonders die wespas und Motorräder nerven aber so ist das fast überall in der Gegend.

Excelente piscina. Vista maravilhosas para Bahia de Nápoles. Co m O vesuvio ao fundo. No entanto: frigobar não estava funcionando o café da manhã foi apenas razoável e a recepção reteve passaportes por tempo excessivo.

Preis Leistung ist sehrgut. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war hervorragend. Die Zimmer Ausstatung mit Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank sehrgut. Poolanlage gut. Einziger minus Punkt ist der Verkehrslärm, welcher durch geschlossene Fenster nicht besser wird. Der Schlaf wird dadurch erheblich gestört.

We verbleven hier 3 nachten in mei 2025. Het zwembad was fijn en groot. Ook de kamer was netjes en schoon. Prima bedden. Over het ontbijt zijn we niet tevreden. Dat wordt geserveerd tot 10.00 uur in de ochtend. Helaas wordt er vanaf 09.00 uur door het personeel een reorganisatie in de eetzaal gedaan omdat ze de tafels voor de lunch willen dekken. Ze praten daarbij luidruchtig met elkaar en verplaatsen ook tafels door de eetzaal. Daarnaast vullen ze ook het buffet niet meer aan en komt er steeds een medewerker vragen of ze het servies mag opruimen. Dit is absoluut niet fijn ontbijten. Dit gebeurde elke dag helaas. Het hotel lijkt meer ingesteld op grote groepen (busvakanties) dan op de individuele reiziger.

Fantastic views across the Bay of Naples towards Vesuvius. Nice pool (chilly in Oct) and friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is a little tired (in need of a spruce up) and quite noisy (footsteps and voices carry everywhere it seems). Great base for a roadtrip around Naples, Pompeii, Amalfi coast and Sorrento, with free on site parking.

This is a beautiful property! I enjoyed the botanicals surrounding the hotel. Lime trees, grapefruit trees, beautiful flowers and trees!

Easy one night stop. Very friendly staff

Umfreudlicher Mitarbeiter am Empfang, Safe nicht finktionsbereit, kleine veraltete Zimmer im Annex, komplett verkalkter Duschkopf, liebloses Buffet. Wenig Ambiente für viel Geld..tags zuvor in Arezzo alles top für gut die Hälfte des Geldes. Positiv: Pool und Aussicht. Grand ist nur der Preis !

Hôtel bien situé, chambre et salle de bain propres, literie confortable, parking gratuit, grandes piscines. Belle vue.
