Amazing hotel, stunning views, nice friendly staff, exquisitely clean. The birthday cake surprise on my birthday was beyond nice. Nice serene beach with crystal clear water. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Das Hotel hat einen ausgezeichneten Service, eine tolle Architektur, bei der auch die Details stimmen. Es gibt einen direkten Strandzugang. Am Strand kann man verschiedene Wassersportarten betreiben. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet (großer Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer). Die Restaurants erfüllen alle Wünsche.

Einfach alles war perfekt, die Anlage sehr modern, Essen super, sehr nette Mitarbeiter und der Strand ist wunderschön

Wonderful

Stayed at Hotel Abi d'Oru for 6 night late August/early September and had a wonderful experience. The place is gorgeous, close to the beach and the staff is super attentive. I enjoyed the restaurant the most, starting with a fantastic breakfast, with a great selection of fresh ripe fruit pastries and egg dishes, and usually ending with dinner there. The restaurant at the hotel is absolutely superb with a new menu every day and fantastic pasta dishes with truffles and ragouts and stuff. After trying to have dinner outside the hotel, a few nights, we ended up reverting to having dinner at the hotel as the food there was massively superior to other places. I wanted to mention how attentive, welcoming and friendly the staff was, in particular at the restaurant as well as the cleaning staff as it truly contributed to a great experience. Finally we also had a fantastic experience at the GUARINO shop at the hotel where the selection of clothing was absolutely superb and the salesperson, Constantina was just so nice and passionate about her job, often recommending pieces of clothing that we ended up buying, even calling my friend with a lot of affection in her eyes, a Bellissimo Bambini... In short it was a wonderful experience all around.

Arrived at the hotel, and the staff was exceptional. From the moment we got to the front desk, we were welcomed with warm smiles and accommodating service.. The property was gorgeous. Each meal was delicious. The room was exceptional with a view of the sea. The beach was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. Cappuccino in the morning on the front deck was one of our favorite things to do to start our day. This hotel did not disappoint. Sardinia is magnificent. The concierge was eager to help. I would recommend this hotel. Nicolo in the lobby bar was friendly and full of information to make sure we had an exceptional visit. We even purchased beautiful clothes in the boutique at the hotel. The service couldn’t have been better.

No ac for 5 hours then moved me to a lesser room after 5 hours, I arrived at 2 pm finally they moved me at 8 pm . the staff said they would reimburse the difference, they said the new room was a lesser level and way smaller(which it was I just wanted a working ac after 5 hours) and tgey would do the credit when I check out in the morning, the manager was not there in the morning as promised. So they lied and never gave us the credit of a significant lesser room. They said they could not give the same room because they didn’t have availability with that room he said. He also said the new room was substantially lower. Very incompetent, I travel extensively and never complain but this crew was extremely incompetent and unprofessional.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Hotel Abi d'Oru. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel gehen!

Everybody is super polite. Hotel is super clean and it has a very good beach. Hotel is very suitable for families with kids. Food is tasty but options are usually same and repetitive. I recommend not to purchase the half board option. I do not think it makes a difference yo purchase it in advance.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und der Service wirklich richtig gut. Es hat eine super Lage und der Privatstrand lohnt sich. Frühstück sehr lecker. Nichts zu bemängeln.

The beach and having assigned lounge chairs and umbrella that were waiting for us each day of our stay was so nice. There are plenty of dining areas but there could be more of a diversified menu selection between them. The food was very good especially the breakfast buffet offerings and the wait staff was excellent!

The hotel is luxurious with beautiful views. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The food in the Meditterrano restaurant is excellent with wonderful buffets. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because in the beginning it was very confusing how everything worked. We were on half board.

The staff at this property was nothing but accommodating, our issue was with the amount of children at this hotel and it not being shown/advertised on the site. There is a kids pool that was completely unused but that was because all of the children were in the large pool area. The cost of items at this hotel were astronomical. We don’t mind paying for a good meal but $200 for a below average dinner was not enjoyable. Our room was down the hall from the lobby and the amount of noise at 11pm due to the staff slamming doors and children running up and down the halls was very unacceptable. If you are staying here be prepared for a non relaxing kids resort. I would not be staying here again

What to say about such a beautiful place ? Everything was high level, thank you all for this amazing stay. We will be back for sure...
