Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever been. The whole atmosphere of the house and the surrounding area but also the rooms, breakfast, music during breakfast and the discreet but perfect service (not to intrusive) makes you feel like being in a grand hotel of the last century. Next time I actually want to wear a better outfit to celebrate it even more 😄👍 Thanks to the whole team and keep on

Difficile d'accès. N'est pas recommandé ppur les personnes à mobilité réduite. Le personnel est serviable. La vue extérieure est belle mais l'intérieur a besoin d'un grand rafraîchissement. Ambiance plutôt froide.

Hier hat eigentlich alles gepasst, schöne saubere Zimmer, traumhafter Blick auf die Seen, sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen und dann auch noch freundliches Personal. Auf ein Wort: perfekt

Ficamos poucas horas no hotel porque o mesmo teve um incêndio na cozinha, o que inviabilizou a estadia, mas o hotel até a hora que ficamos tem uma vista linda. Contudo, ao voltarmos da caminhada, teve o incêndio. Ficamos em outro hotel por conta do proprietário. Ninguém se feriu, ainda bem

Tolle unbürokratische Abwicklung bei sehr kurzfristiger Absage infolge medizinischem Vorfall. In der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr gegeben. Wir werden das Hotel bei nächster Gelegenheit besuchen und die weitern Leistungen testen. Danke

Hôtel situé sur le Sacro Monte de Varese. L’endroit est magique et l’hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel est professionnel et agréable. Le déjeuner est excellent.

Amazing little hotel in a mountain. Elegant, historical and even a little bit exciting to travel to. One of the hest experiences we've ever had.

Der Parkplatz ist eine Zumutung, sofern man es auch findet. Dazu kommt das, dass Fahrzeug gerne an der unteren Schwelle ansteht, geschweige vom manövrieren damit man überhaupt in den Parkplatzareal hineinkommt. Areal ist auch nicht gerade der richtige Begriff dafür. Zimmer ringhörig, aber wirklich ringhörig, man hört die Fliegen des Zimmer nebenan. Das Essen hält nicht lange an, es verlässt den Körper relativ früh wieder, zum Glück auch. Nein im ernst, einmal und nie wieder. Die Crevetten in den Teigwaren waren latschig, die Teigwaren roh und der rest darunter nicht definierbar. Das einzige positive ist die Aussicht / Panorama, aber das ist gerade alles. Sie fragen auch nicht bei der Kreditkarte ob es in der eigenen Währung oder in der Landeswährung gebucht werden soll, diese Entscheidung übernehmen sie selbstständig, natürlich zu ihren gunsten. Das ist mal eine ehrlicher Bewertung. Wäre froh hätte ich selbst eine solche im Vorfeld gelesen.

it was amazing, the hotel is located inside a UNESCO site. the view to the lake is magnificent.

Great hospitality and service. The hotel has history and the food is great. Because of the age of the hotel the room (#2) was clean, bit a bit dusty. Parking was challenging.

This place is very beautiful and romantic. The staff was wonderful! Getting to the hotel was challenging, way up a mountain in the middle of nowhere! Nothing to do in the area.

I booked this hotel as a stop over on our trip from Switzerland to CinqueTerre... I had no idea how amazing it was !! I would recommend it for couples who want to take some time alone for a couple of days ! The breakfast was amazing and the staff were wonderful !
