Massimo was unbelievably kind! Definitely our favorite accommodation in our entire trip to Italy and we stayed here for two weeks and six different places! The rooms were large and very clean and someone came in every single day to freshen up the place and put new supplies.

Fast internet. Very nice staff. Good proximity to shops and restaurants. Our a/c did not work so we slept with the windows open. Really loud until about midnight ( a popular bar located downstairs and next to us). That’s my only complaint.

Room is small (to be expected in Venice). Location was a little difficult to find but again, that’s due to the many alleyway of Venice.
After leaving I did find a few sets of bites on my person, which I didn’t have prior to arriving. Unsure of what they are, but they seem to have appeared after our stay.
Staff was Kim enough to hold our bags to allow us to explore after check out.

Great Location and good hotel overall!! Shower is a bit small, WiFi is not good and the bed os hard and it is 2 single beds together!! We were so tired from walking all day that we didn’t feel it much!! I still recommend this Hotel!

Everything was amazing. Great location. Amazing staff who could not do enough to help. Place was spotless. Rooms were absolutely perfect with everything you could need. Rooms were cleaned every day. Can't wait to go back!
