Clean! Nice staffs!

Ideally located, great shopping, restaurants and bars in the immediate area. Amazing sites to see as well. The hotel is great for an overnight stay or two and is located near the ports for cruises. The hotel is clean but dated. The rooms are clean but minimal. Again, great for an overnight visit to the area before or after your cruise.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the furniture made the room feel like a cheap motel. The bench (not couch) was made of the same Formica as the desk/dresser table top. The bedside tables looked like something from IKEA. This felt like a two or three-star hotel at best.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is cleaned. Breakfast is wonderful. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

Think twice before booking this accommodation. During my stay, I was trapped in the elevator for around 15 minutes and received very limited updates from the staff. For anyone with claustrophobia or anxiety in confined spaces, this could be an extremely distressing experience. What happened afterward was even more disappointing. While I was still visibly shaken, the male receptionist’s first response was to tell me, “It wasn’t even 15 minutes,” rather than showing empathy. We then had several exchanges where I tried to remain calm and respectful, but he laughed at me and later raised his voice, speaking to me in Italian. Even as I ended the conversation and returned to my room, he continued shouting after me. The encounter left me feeling so uncomfortable that I locked and barricaded my door because I no longer felt at ease. I do want to mention that the manager handled the situation professionally the following day. He listened to my concerns without judgment, acknowledged my experience, and treated me with respect. I appreciated his efforts, and they were the one positive part of an otherwise very unpleasant stay.

I arrived late after an exhausting day of travel, made even longer by a four-hour delay waiting for my luggage. As a solo female raveler, I found the hotel to be clean and felt safe during my stay. The front desk attendant was genuinely kind and welcoming, but he appeared to be working alone, and the hotel could benefit from additional staff. The entrance has stairs, and there was no assistance with luggage. Guests are also required to leave their room key at the front desk whenever they leave the hotel, which is inconvenient when service is slow due to understaffing. My room (403) smelled like steamed broccoli. The mattress was very hard, and the bedspread looked like a curtain. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower was barely large enough to turn around in. I didn't sleep well at all and I was exhausted after traveling for 39 hours. During my stay at the end of a heatwave, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. Several items that should have been served hot were only at room temperature, raising food safety concerns. The hotel was clean, but it is overdue for adding USB outlets and moving the switches up. I was so relieved to be on the shuttle the next day and leaving this hotel. Definitely my worst stay abroad. Would not stay again. One final note: taxis can have difficulty navigating to the hotel because of the surrounding pedestrian-only streets.

Great location- walking distance to all the important sites and GREAT restaurants and the major Market. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Great location to enjoy the Byzantine basilica and surrounding sights of Ravenna. Breakfast was a good selection of food and the caffe americano was perfect.

Top spot for your stay in Ravenna. Staff is wonderful and the property is beautiful. Lovely courtyard out back and centralized location.
