Great value in the Dolomites! The hotel is stunning, with clean and spacious rooms. The balcony view is incredible. Enjoy complimentary breakfast and a welcome drink in the evening. The staff is very friendly. If you want to avoid high prices in Cortina, which is only a 20-minute drive away, this is the perfect place. Plus, there's free parking!

Hotel main areas looked great, I felt the rooms didn't really match the decor and style. Our room was quite small and didn't have air con, we came end of June and it was hot were surprised they didn't have this although my fault for not checking before booking. No fans available either so slept with balcony doors open every night. There was used ashtray left on our balcony arrived, we don't smoke so would have appreciated this being cleaned before we arrived and the shampoo/wash bottles in the shower were empty and didn't get filled during our stay. Small issues but worth mentioning. The hotel is in a good location but would need a car to get around. Breakfast was nice and use of the nearby spa was great although only open in afternoon/evening.

Hotel Boite was a little off the beaten path, but the views were 100% worth it! I don't know if we just missed it, but we learned upon arrival that the spa wasn't connected to the hotel, so you had to drive a few minutes to it. We also learned most of the amenities at the spa were nude only. That's not my preference, so we didn't get to enjoy the spa like I would have liked. We decided to do a horseback riding tour which was so worth it! Christian (the guide) was incredible and took us all over the mountains. It was worth it for two nights as we continued our journey through the dolomites!

Unfortunately wasn't a great stay. The spa doesn't open until 2pm so if you check in the evening before you can't use it which is the main reason we booked. On check-in the staff were quite rude but to be fair the staff on check out were nice. Hotel.com customer service were useless trying to resolve.

We booked Hotel Boite largely because of the spa, which is prominently featured throughout the hotel’s photos and booking page. This was very misleading. The spa is not part of the hotel—it’s a 10-minute walk or short drive away. After a long hike, we wasted time searching for the sauna before the front desk told us it was at a separate facility. To compensate, they gave us one free hour at the spa but failed to mention towels were not provided. We were told to either rent towels for €5 each or walk back to the hotel to get our own. The spa itself was also disappointing, with the “vascular path” consisting of little more than painful rocks. Housekeeping was equally frustrating. Our room wasn’t cleaned until late afternoon, our towels weren’t replaced, and staff left cleaning supplies in our bathroom. We put them in the hallway, and they were still there the next day. For a hotel claiming to be four stars, it misses many of the details that matter. The staff was not particularly attentive, there was no coffee in the room, breakfast was entirely self-service, and the air conditioning barely worked, leaving our room over 80°F every night. The location is convenient for exploring the Dolomites, but overall the misleading spa advertising, poor housekeeping, lack of attention to detail, and nonfunctional AC made this a disappointing stay.

Breakfast was great & staff was very nice. Our room was clean and just right for what we needed. However, AC did not seem to be working during our stay.

The hotel is located at a serene location facing the mountains. There is a wooden balcony but need to be careful as I got pricked by the wood on the balcony fence. The hotel served welcome drinks and gave us a small jar of honey as departure gift - which are really nice. The setback is the hotel breakfast is at a restaurant on a lower ground with no view and selection is very limited.

Hotel rústico, infraestrutura antiga, localizado a cerca de 20 minutos de Cortina com fácil acesso de carro aos Passos , rodeado pelas lindas montanhas das Dolomitas. Usamos de base para visitar vários lugares ao redor. Há amplo estacionamento descoberto gratuito no hotel. Quarto 514 é espaçoso, silencioso e tem varanda, com linda vista para montanhas. Tem espaço para colocar as malas, armário e pequena mesa, mas falta tomada próxima para conectar o notebook. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. No banheiro há amenities úteis, a ducha é quentinha, porém inconstante. As toalhas são boas, mas a área do banho é apertada, mesmo considerando que temos estatura média e somos magros. A qualidade do papel higiênico poderia ser melhor. O restaurante serve um jantar com menu fixo de 40 euros. Não oferece serviço a la carte. Jantamos fora do hotel todas as noites. Ficamos 4 diárias nesse hotel e o café da manhã não variou. Pela categoria do hotel, tem custo alto pelo que oferece, por exemplo, chocolate quente muito doce, sucos de frutas aguados e ruins, as salsichas e ovos não são servidos frios. Chegamos com tempo frio no início de junho e o aquecimento no quarto e no hotel, em geral, estavam desligados. Atendimento geral excelente. Recebemos um welcome drink de cortesia ( frisante ) mas por não podermos tomar álcool no momento, a única opção oferecida para substituir foi meio copo de suco de fruta artificial com muito gelo. Conexão de internet boa.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was a bit far from some of the sights we saw so that is something to think about. Breakfast was delicious, staff was super nice and the room was very clean.

We really liked the breakfast, good variety! The view was beautiful with a nice balcony. Hotel looks very nice and luxurious!
