The hotel photos truly don’t do this place justice. Our room was spotless, and the property as a whole is well-maintained. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes’ walk from the Duomo and surrounded by great restaurants and convenient metro access. Breakfast was great and a huge plus that it was included in the room rate. I visited during the Olympics and booked last minute, and even then I was able to extend my stay twice and keep the same room, which I really appreciated. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the temperature in the hallways and rooms,. The heating felt too high, so we had to sleep with the windows open. Thankfully we had earplugs, as the street noise outside is quite loud. It also would have been helpful if the cleaning staff left the windows open after servicing the room to keep it cooler. Overall, a great stay and I would return.

I stayed here during the Olympics so was quite expensive (circa £220/night for a double plus €10/night tax) - and room seemed basic for that price. However have to expect it to be dearer then. I found the room FAR TOO hot, 25c when I arrived - slept with the window open as far as it would go so would caution a summer stay. The room had amenities like toothbrush, free mini bar (didn’t know that!) and really all I needed. Seemed clean enough though not 100% on bathroom floor - but I used the complimentary slippers. The staff were friendly - receptionist always seemed to be on duty & quickly recognised me. The hotel is so convenient, 7mins walk to Duomo and Duomo Metro, less to Missori metro. Breakfast was perfect too. I’d not hesitate to recommend this hotel, just be aware of the heat. Oh and the sound proofing - when someone flushes the toilet/ runs a shower the plumbing is really noisy. I didn’t hear TVs or anything though. (Star off because he never spent so much on a hotel where the room felt basic and yet did admittedly have all I needed).

The overall hotel was great. Clean, attentive staff, great location and good food and drink. What more can you ask for????

Well when you pay Olympic prices, you get the best the hotel has to offer! So on the first floor above reception area, we had a large suite facing street with large windows and a sofa bed with accessible table/chair nearby! Bathtub is rather dangerous with very steep sides, but gentle jets! But the best was Marco, who could be an excellent concierge in any hotel! Very smart and helpful! The other draw should certainly be the enormous breakfast-spread arranged for guests! Absolutely loved it with caring staff keeping everything spic and span! Room cleaned daily and clean sheets provided during our ten day stay for Olympics 2026. No complaints, but we like hotels with character! Jean Short

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location is literally a few minute walk to the Duomo.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and while the rooms were somewhat small, the finish was Italian cool

The room was tight, typical of many European hotels. Bed was comfortable and water pressure good. The room was very hot, I turned down the temp as much as possible. Didn't help much so opened the window. The room was facing the street so it was pretty noisy early morning however there is a nightclub up the street so lots of noise 2-4am on the weekend. Staff not overly friendly but professional.

The hotel is in a central location, very close to Duomo. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Room is spacious.

É um hotel mais antigo, com carpete no chão e banheiro antigo. O chuveiro não é fixo, é um chuveirinho preso, o que me incomoda um pouco, pois acaba molhando muito o banheiro. Café da manhã muito bom. A localização é ótima.

Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff, especially at check in. Good location, close to Duomo. Easy to get to from Linate Airport.
