Hotel com bom custo benefício e não muito longe da estação central. Café da manhã poderia melhorar e não tem frigobar no quarto.

This was a very clean hotel, by the canal and the staff was very nice front desk man was amazing!

We didn’t have a view,but room met our needs. We had a shared bathroom which worked out ok.

Clean room, good bed, toilet and shower is shared between other people staying on the same floor which I had not expected. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every day. Closer to the train and bus station. Recommended if you are not travelling with children.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff were super friendly. The room was clean. 10 min walk to the train station. We will come back for sure.

Hotel in great location. Near to the train, buses and boat services. Reception was welcoming and took us to our room. Room was clean and serviced daily. 4 rooms shared the toilet/shower area which was fine for us. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful hotel on canal. Clean well maintained hotel and room. Fantastic staff and awesome included breakfast. Easy walk to all of the glorious sights to be seen in Venice. Very quiet with a nice accessible outdoor porch area with tables and chairs overlooking canal where you can watch boats and gondolas pass by. What more can I say; a marvelous hotel in this exceptional place Venice.

Good location, great staff

Great location and rooms were kept clean. Love there’s no carpeting. Staff was very nice and helpful. View from room was great. Bedding was ok. Only downside is you share a bathroom. The breakfast included is horrible. It was hard boiled eggs and bread and it was on a cabinet hutch. We ate once and didn’t eat again.

Shower cubicle leaked , so as it was located directly in the bedroom , the bedroom floor was wet , which wasn’t ideal. But overall good value for money and I would stay again

The hotel is clean and the shared bathroom is also new on our building's second floor. The breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety but good enough, including fresh pastries and eggs, offered in a cozy room. It was overall a lovely hotel, and with the very affordable price, a very competitive offer in Venice. However, the doors are absolutely poor in sound proof and many people just don't know how to gently close their room/bathroom doors. Therefore, the shared bathroom setting makes constant noises at bed time and in the morning unavoidable which should be taken account of while booking.

Welcoming staff was very helpful and informative. Had difficulty time locating the property. Would be great if there was a detailed description on how to get from the train station to the location. Might recommend taking the T-2 train to Belfiore stop. Goggle maps continued to give us bad information, we spent an hour walking in circles!

Everything was great! Just one thing: I asked to warm up a croissant and was told we don't do it, even the previous day it was done
