This hotel is one of the best we stayed during out Italy trip, from the front desk to the restaurant to the room cleaning ladies. Front desk staff were pretty helpful in providing information and water taxi booking. very close to St Marco square and there are plenty of restaurants around with a supermarket only 5 mins walking away.

Not too convenient, no lift to 3rd floor, and no coffee bar in room

A very nice hotel. staffs are very helpful and kind.clean and quiet, near to San Marco Plazza. Strongly recommended..but it is too difficult to find ,hidden in a alley

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nice as well. However it is quite difficult to find the hotel after we got off from the water bus. You will need google map to help you.

非常滿意，飯店走簡約風格，房間典雅、光線充足、浴室乾淨有現代感，設備提供完善，房間還有免費網路，更棒的是早餐，內容很豐富，服務人員也很好，下次還是會選擇住這邊 very nice hotel~

Loved the location, so easy to walk to all sites in the old town and to the Vaporetta. Don't miss the roof top balcony which has a view of the dome of the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute. Breakfast was superb. The staff were supremely helpful, even finding us another couple to share (and split the high cost of) a private water taxi to the airport. The boat showed up at our door on our final morning and we enjoyed a last beautiful tour of several canals and the wide open expanse of the lagoon.

I love boutique hotels and this was one of the best on our trip. The staff was amazingly helpful, the room was huge, and it was in the middle of everything. I would stay here again without question.

Great location a short walk from St. Marks.

Cute, Clean Room. Breakfast had great selections. The staff was friendly and offered us choices to go to dinner. We enjoyed our stay.

Equipe atenciosa, café da manhã muito bom. Excelente localização. Só pecou numa coisa muito importante, a qualidade do colchão, que era velho e já fazendo "canoa".

The hotel was centrally located. The room was large with 2 vertical windows overlooking the canal. It had a large tub and large frosted glass window. Plenty of drawers, nice desk, the wardrobe with safe and refrigerator in it. The floor was terrazzo, the bed comfortable. I did not take part in their breakfasts … so cannot report. The building is over 500 years old. It has an old well in the lobby. ( their sources were rain water)… I did not want to leave…I would happily return.

部屋にケトルやコーヒーマシンが無かったですが共有スペースに給水機やコーヒーマシンがあり良かったです！

Wonderful hotel. Classy room, very spacious. Very helpful and accommodating staff when we had a very late check in. Great location within the city center.
