Exactly what I was looking for in a one night stay in Venice. Near everything. Staff were all professional and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Would recommend to individual traveler.

The room was dark and dated. The windows were small, high and were not allowing a view of the outside or providing light. The carpet was old and stained. The shower was very narrow. As for the breakfast, it was at the hotel across the street and we had to wait in line. Definitely not what was shown in the pictures.

Loved the red decor in our room! Quiet, perfect location, so close to vaporetto stop. Sister hotel had fantastic breakfast, the staff there were very attentive. Would stay there again even just for the location. Loved Dorsoduro area.

The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast offered a good selection. The room was good, and the location was great. Walk almost anywhere or just a few minutes to the public boat dock.

Arrived to find bugs in the bed, shower and bathroom. One plug socket worked and it was in the bathroom. Building’s front door isn

La habitación estaba muy bien y limpia y el desayuno estupendo

Lo céntrico que está de todo, a un paso de dos canales . Por sacarle un pero, la fachada que no parece un hotel, pero luego por dentro está muy bien. El desayuno en en su hotel matriz muy bueno y completo.

Reasonable sized double room, however the bed and pillows were far too hard making sleep uncomfortable (sleeping against the wall would have been more comfortable as at least they were padded!). Don't book this hotel based on it having air conditioning, as this is (supposedly) only at certain times of the year and they wouldn't switch it on for a heatwave weekend in April when the rooms were >20 °C at night adding to the discomfort.

The room was awful. The floor was dirty and the bathroom was grimy. The staff (when you found one) were rude and unhelpful and the facilities were awful. No iron - we were told to go buy one!

Quarto, equipe, comodidade e localização excelente.

Room was amazing, staff freindly, breakfast was good, location is excellent.

Personnel sympathique

Un lugar muy recomendable, limpio,.ameno, con todas los servicios,. confortante para un descanso.

Personnel avec une stricte amabilité, sauf pour celui qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner. Ce dernier peut être mieux. Des gobelets en plastique dans la sdb, pas terrible pour boire de l’eau, qui d’ailleurs peuvent être réutilisés et non jetés tous les jours. Absence de panneau « ne pas déranger ». Le lecteur carte à l’entrée de la chambre ne marchait pas

Horrible and disgusting

Everything, the picture and the reality is so far. Receptionist is in another place, breakfast, too. And bad test of coffee. Anyway I really regret that I made this reservation and I think you shouldn't offer such place if you want to keep your responsibilities.

A estadia foi decepcionante, era pra ficarmos duas noites mas só ficamos uma . O quarto que não foi dado não tinha nada a ver com o que reservamos , nós colocaram em um anexo do hotel , o quarto era pequeno , a cama desconfortável, travesseiro duro , a porta do box quebrada molhando todo o chão . As fotos que eles colocam nada tem a ver com o quarto real. A atendente se negou a nos dar outro quarto, nos tratou de forma rude. Preferimos pagar outro hotel para passar a Segunda noite . Muito decepcionante
