Hotel Don Diego was wonderful! The property and private beach were amazing! The staff were very friendly and courteous. Claudia, at the front desk, in particular, was extremely helpful! Would highly recommend.

What an absolutely stunning hotel. Perfect location and right on the beach. Although the hotel was fully booked, it was never overcrowded. We were Half Board and the breakfast and dinner was amazing. I'd go as far to say the dinner is a la carte quality. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. The pool area is stunning with a pool bar and sea views. The only comment I would make is that the drinks are on the slightly high side. A soft drink is 5 euros. I would 100% return. A very enjoyable and well rested holiday with perfect weather.

Hotellet ligger med en smuk udsigt ud over havet. Og man kan frit benytte sig af kajakker, stand up padel og en vandcykel.
Vi lejede en båd og snorklede ved øen overfor, hvilket var den bedste oplevelse på vores ferie.
Personalet i receptionen var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme, dog var de mandlige tjenere ved morgenbordet var ikke særlig servicemindede, Selve morgenbuffeten var ok men ikke fantastisk.
Swimmingpoolen er stor og god, men lukker allerede kl 6-6.30, hvilket er meget tidligt i varmen.
Vi giver 5 stjerner for rengøring, faciliteter og personalet i receptionen. Vi giver det mandlige personale og morgenmaden 3 stjerner og derfor ender vi på 4 i alt.

Beim Frühstück musste man den Kaffee extra bezahlen – das habe ich zum ersten Mal erlebt. Wir hatten eine Flasche Wasser auf unseren Tisch gestellt, obwohl sie im Frühstück inbegriffen war. Trotzdem wurde sie uns einfach weggenommen. Das fanden wir sehr unhöflich.
Das Frühstück war eher einfach, und für vieles im Hotel musste man extra bezahlen. Das hat unseren Gesamteindruck leider verschlechtert.
Der Bootsverleih direkt am Hotel war sehr praktisch. So mussten wir nicht extra woanders hinfahren.
Die Kissen waren leider unbequem, deshalb haben wir nicht gut geschlafen. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher täglich gewechselt.

Lekker ontbijt, met mooi uitzicht van de zee. Rustige en mooie ligging aan de zee met mooi zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel.
Wij hadden een comfort kamer. Was aan de kleine kant, en aan renovatie toe.
Alles was heel netjes.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Don Diego. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view is lovely. There were lots of breakfast options. The dinner menu was tasty but pricey, so we ate out twice. The pool bar menu was limited, and the pool itself closed unnecessarily early every day. We would have liked better lighting in the room- especially the bathroom. The parking was our main complaint- we weren’t able to park near to our room, which necessitated a long walk, uphill in the heat multiple times a day.

Alles war echt super!! Wenn ich etwas bemängeln würde, dann das es beim Frühstücksbuffet etwas mehr Gemüseauswahl geben könnte. Es gab lediglich kleine Tomaten und Salatblätter. Sonst wirklich schön dort :)

Incredible view with delicious breakfast. Plenty of gluten free options. Cute room with everything you need. Solid 4-star experience. We wish the staff was more helpful - as we often had to chase them down to ask for help. Waiters weren’t always friendly.

The staff was nice and the pool area was beautiful, but the rooms are very old and they use an overwhelming amount of cleaner in the rooms so you feel like you are being fumigated. The beds are like rocks. The rooms need to be renovated. The breakfast was good.

Fabulous location, and amenities. The private beach is spectacular. The hotel is dated but unique and charming. Our only issue was that a friend who was staying nearbyvisited us and the hotel staff refused to serve him coffee and was rude to him and us.
