Buffet breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity. Location is a little bit off the town centre, but taxis were easily available and affordable. The only issue was the bath tub which was pretty high for getting in and out. Showers would have been much more appreciated.

Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy).

Excellent location for train and bus station, Lovely huge lobby and massive room and bath! Breakfast was brilliant, lovely and welcoming staff and lots of choice.

駅から歩いて行けること、ホテルから街の中心に行くバス停が近いこと、良かったです。暑い季節でなければ、ホテルから街へも歩いて行けそうな場所でした。

Located 20 minutes away from the Arena. In exchange you receive a comfortable hotel with parking facilities. In our case, in the evenings when we had dinner in town we requested a taxi (it always arrived within 5 minutes). Usually a 10 minute ride. After dinner we walked. In summary, if you have a car this is a perfect hotel.

Bra läge nära Port Nuova tågstation och ca 20 min promenad till gamla stan. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Ganska stor rum.

Look no further if you want a reasonably priced, beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable hotel. Hôtel Leon is just perfect. It is a 25 minute walk (flat) from the hotel to the centre of Verona, and only 20 minutes from the main railway station. Staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was only the basic room but … wow!!! It had all that we needed, including a very welcome free bottle of water. Well stocked minibar; very reasonable prices! The bed was very comfortable so we had a super night’s sleep despite a howling thunderstorm outside! Didn’t hear a thing! Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice and plenty of it so none of that awful wait for the bacon to be refilled! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Verona.

This is a very good hotel close to the train station and very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and available to provide assistance. Breakfast very good and with many options . Rooms spacious and with big bathroom and comfortable bed. Is a little old property but the amenities working properly. Continues being a 4 stars hotel . Very recomendable to stay in Verona .

This hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation and proper maintenance. The rooms are extremely outdated, with stained walls and a general feeling that everything has been frozen in the 1980s. Even something as basic as a power outlet next to the bed to charge your phone is missing. The breakfast is also disappointing. While there is a wide selection of items, the quality is very poor. For example, the scrambled eggs are clearly made from processed liquid egg, resulting in dry, rubbery blocks rather than fresh eggs. The location is another downside. The hotel is situated along one of Verona’s main roads, with virtually nothing within walking distance. The only positive aspect is the parking. It is conveniently located right next to the hotel, feels secure, and is very practical if you are arriving in Verona by car.

Nice enough hotel with a pleasant entranceway & dining area. Staff were mixed: reception staff were rude, cursory & dismissive. Many occasions long queues due to only one staff at reception & they were not welcoming or pleasant. Bar staff however more professional & courteous.

Nice place, maybe 15-20 min walk from the old town. Better than I expected it to be as it’s reasonably priced. My dog liked the treats they offered him. Breakfast was okay but nothing extravagant.

The staff was amazing but the one drawback was the location. It was hard to get to by foot from the train station- almost off the beaten track. It looks like it’s right next door on the map but you have to go all the way around and across a boulevard. A car would’ve made a big difference.

Ja, man merkt das Hotel seine besten Jahre gehabt hat. Aber allen noch in sehr sehr gutem Zustand. Große und ruhige Zimmer. Gute Klimaanlage, Parkplatz direkt vom Hotel mit Aufzug. Sinnvolle Minibar, Bügelbrett war auf Anfrage bereitgestellt. Ausreichende Frühstück. Und was noch wichtig -Stadtmitte sowie Arena gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

This was by far the worst hotel my family and I have ever stayed at. None of the air conditioning units worked properly. They barely cooled the rooms and made loud, constant noises throughout the night. My daughter had to change rooms twice because of the same A/C issue, but the replacement rooms were no better. All five of our rooms had the same problem with the showers—the tubs would fill with water while showering because they wouldn’t drain properly, leaving us standing in ankle-deep water every time. The beds were incredibly hard, feeling more like wooden boards than actual mattresses. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and far from the city center. To make matters worse, the room keys constantly stopped working, so we had to keep going back to reception to have them reprogrammed. Overall, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and not worth the price. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is very well situated, about a 10 minute walk from Verona. We managed to disembark a flight, get to the hotel, walk into Verona and be seated for a performance of Aida within an hour! The room was spacious and cool with standard facilities. It looks like it was very grand at one point (lots and lots of beautiful marble) but other aspects are very tired. The sofas in reception were badly faded, saggy and worn and let the place down a bit. Breakfast was perfectly good but not outstanding as lower selection of hot items. But we were there for one night and it was perfectly good.
