Ert hotell som passar för dem som kan gå i trappor och tål att det är lyhört eller sover med öronproppar. Dörrarna till rummen väldigt tunna innerdörrar. Sängen var bra. Som enklare hotell i Italien har du ingen bäddmadrass och ett stort lakan med ett täcke (överkast). Frukost ok men inget mer. Mest sötsaker. Dåligt med färska varor t.ex grönsaker och färskt 🍞. Du kan göra toast med två olika rostbröd, ljust eller mörkt. Fanns olika yoghurts. Kan tänka mig bo en en eller två nätter igen på grund av läget till flygplats, city centrum och järnvägsstation. Gick till flygplatsen vilket är mesta dels platt o bra gångväg. Var en trappa på ett ställe där sen en bro går över järnvägen.

WARNING: Bed Bugs and Terrible Service Avoid this hotel at all costs. We found bed bugs in our room on the very first night and had to leave immediately. There was no staff at the front desk at night (despite the listing claiming 24-hour reception), so we were forced to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The next morning, we informed the front desk, and they promised a full refund. However, when Hotels.com later contacted them, the hotel suddenly refused any refund — so we ended up paying for a four-night stay without sleeping there at all. The rooms were old-fashioned, worn out, and not as shown in the website photos. Shampoo was provided only for one night, and overall the place was in poor condition. Absolutely terrible experience — do not book this hotel.

To be honest the photos of the hotel made it look much better than it actually is. Room was small and a little shabby Staff were not particularly friendly but for one night it was sufficient. Garden area at the back needs attending to

Breakfast was very good and the host was very very gentle and kind! However I found one bug there and, after i couldnt sleep to be honest even though the host changed the room. I know it is not his fault and it is not smthg he can do sometimes but I was stressed. I think as long as the one who care less hygiene then everything should be ok.. I reserved as grand bed with this app and i was given small 1 person bed (before changing the bed)

Séjour très agréable avec personnel très intentionné, propreté irréprochable et très bon petit déjeuner

Det er et lille sted med et lille værelse og en meget hård madras. Rummets vægge var gamle og fugerne i badeværelse ligeså. Der løb vand ud af brusekabinen på gulvet. Men aircondition fungerede fin. Morgenmad var ok og personalet rigtig søde og imødekommende.

Fick bra rum mot innergård på tredje våningen i en lugn del av Pisa, med mkt bra ac. Nåra minuters walk till gamla stan samt 15min walk till tågstationen o till lutande tornet. Frukostmöjlighet i trädgård.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had old furniture but clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast which you could have sitting out in the garden which was very pleasant. Very good value.
