Hotel e serviço excelente

Udsigten var ikke helt så god men de opgraderede os til Beder værelser. Morgenmad på værelse skulle vi betale for selvom det var inkl. ellers alt er fint

Fabulous hotel incredible staff breath taking views !! i regret not staying more than 2 weeks. This hotel is Paradise !! Beautiful rooms , excellent service !! Can’t wait to return!!

Perfection

Our overall experience has been excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The only point we would like to mention is our experience with the concierge, Carlo. Unfortunately, we found him to be neither proactive nor service-oriented. On one occasion, we contacted him to help organize an excursion. Not only did it take almost 24 hours to receive a response, but when we called to follow up, he abruptly ended the call and simply told us to come to the reception desk. At a five-star hotel, we would expect the concierge to be readily available and willing to assist guests, rather than asking them to come in person for a service that should be handled with care and professionalism. We felt this interaction was discourteous and did not reflect the high standards of hospitality demonstrated by the rest of the hotel staff. Apart from this unfortunate experience, everything else was outstanding, and we sincerely appreciate the excellent service provided by the rest of the team.

it is quiet in a wonderful location. the staff has been very helpful at all times

Juniorsuite mit Meerblick sehr zu empfehlen. Super Frühstück! Service von A-Z ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Liebe Grüße an Luigi und Dominico.

Hotel com limpeza , localização , serviço e vistas incríveis !!! Quanto amplo com vista para o mar, varanda cortinas elétricas , tudo novo e extremante limpo!

The staff was so very kind and accommodating! Could not have asked for a better experience. We will be back!

Wonderful hotel most helpful staff

Hotel maravilhoso, muito bem localizado! Cafe da manhã espetacular, jantamos lá também e a comida estava muito boa! Gentilmente nos cederam o quarto um pouco antes da hora e ganhamos um up grade! Toda a equipe bem treinada e simpática! Cobra 22 euros por mala pra levar a bagagem no chek out! Um serviço que valhe a pena!

An absolutely stunning hotel, the views are unmatched. Staff are very attentive and go above and beyond from the moment you arrive. Only downfall was a strong odor in our bathroom which we were told was due to the older sewer system. Regardless beautiful hotel and would recommend to future travelers.
