The location was perfect. Its one the less busy side of the river but a very easy walkto the highlights of Florence. The breakfast was great. Lots of variety. The room we had was a good not a great.Smallish compared to others we've had on this trip and the shower was small. Lovely view of the river outside of our window.

The hotel was a great location thats about a 18 min walk to the main hustle of the town. Just across the bridge and in a nice area very near the piazza michaelangelo. The staff was the highlight as everyone was nice and helpful. Nice room and waking up church bells is a plus :)I recommend this place if you want to stay in a family ran place (Belotti family, amazing house) and have an authentic florentine stay :) Grazie mille!

The hotel.is accessible to all places by foot.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
We had 2 rooms , they were both spotless. There was a strong smell from the disinfectant that the room had to be aired everytime we walked in.
Breakfast was wonderful. Several choices. They had a water machine to fill water bottles .

The room was in good condition, except mold in the shower. I also was put in the tiniest room on the property after reserving a premium double room. I was traveling with others who booked the same type of room and had much larger accomodations. For $350 a night, I was not pleased. Also, the A/C was turned off for the year, so I had to open windows and get bitten by mosquitos or boil to death. Food was good, front desk was average, but didn't care about the room temperatures.
