旅館內部設施翻新, 服務人員親切, 協助行李寄存3天, 還有電熱壺, 早餐樣式也算多~ 從火車站側門走2分鐘就到, 附近還有自助洗衣店 (換成店內代幣, 8kg洗半小時4歐, 烘衣10分鐘1歐) 如果睡在頂樓閣樓的窗邊床, 容易撞到頭~

浴室很大，洗澡很舒服，但wifi訊號不太穩定

整體都不錯，只是房間的隔音一般，聽到隔壁房客對話

This hotel is close to train station, within 5 minutes walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free wifi is provided. Excellent breakfast! We were given a room on the 2/f, which is quite old indeed but you get everything you need.

I would happily give Urbani Hotel 5 stars for the hotel itself. The location is excellent, the rooms are beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped, and the housekeeping staff do a fantastic job. Every employee we met was genuinely friendly, professional, and service-minded. Thanks to the receptionist for helping us find an alternative parking garage near the central station. However, we believe the hotel's policies should be much clearer and more transparent. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised parking facilities. On arrival, we found there was no dedicated hotel parking. The available spaces were public on-street parking managed by the municipality. While cameras monitor the area, the hotel does not take responsibility for vehicles parked there. In our opinion, this should not be presented as hotel parking. We also booked a flexible rate, but our credit card was pre-authorized 15 days before arrival. We were told this was done to verify the card before check-in. While we understand the reason, it was unexpected and not clearly communicated when booking. As a thoughtful gesture, the hotel offered us complimentary minibar drinks, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel, rooms, location, and employees deserve 5 stars. We simply hope management improves transparency so future guests know exactly what to expect. With clearer communication, this would be a perfect stay.

Alles bestens, ich bin 6 Nächte geblieben. Lobenswert ist das sehr freundliche Personal, das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, zentral, sicher, die Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück sehr gut. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Struttura vicinissima alla stazione, quindi comoda per chi deve viaggiare. Personale molto cortese. Stanza non grandi, ma pulite e con tutti i comfort!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's a short walk from the train station and metro, but still quiet. I cannot express how lovely and helpful the staff are. They really made the experience so much better. They helped with recommendations, directions, and were super accommodating. The hotel also has air conditioning, which was really nice as the weather was humid during our stay.
