Tivemos uma ótima estadia, atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente em tudo que precisamos, estava com crianças pequenas e meu marido ficou indisposto então precisei pedir ajuda com comida e fui muito bem atendida. O espaço do quarto é muito bom, decoração temática, de muito bom gosto. Único Ponto a melhorar: chuveiro. O chuveiro era bem pequeno e sem pressão da água, a área de chuveiro pequena é bem antiga.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was an additional bonus. We love the sea view from our room.

Clean room, decent space except shower which was size of a phone booth. Our room 113 was next to main thoroughfare therefore noisy 24/7

Villa Maria’s staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. Hotel is close to many shops and hotels and a short (but with lots of steps) walk away from the ferry terminal.

We booked an economy double room. Unfortunately, no exact size information was given on the website. The pictures made the room look much larger, so we were disappointed by the actual size. For two people, the space was very limited, there was only a single-door wardrobe, although the photos showed a two-door one. Overall, it was hardly possible to move around in the room with two people. The photos definitely gave a different impression. In our opinion, the room is highly overpriced for what it offers. The room was located on the 4th floor under the roof, with sloping ceilings and oval windows that you could not look out of. In addition, the elevator only went up to the 3rd floor. On the positive side, we would like to mention the very good location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the friendly staff. Everything else was fine – only the size and furnishings of the room did not meet our expectations.

Excellent close to main attractions & when we did our excursions they picked us up right outside the hotel. Clean, pool is nice , rooftop nice view, breakfast was great 👍

Love the "old school", anti-corporite vibe of this place. Just charming. Family owned and operated, "Nonna" is in charge :-)! Not every modern amenities but it all works. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff could not be more helpful and the location is a 10. Hope to stay again soon!

We stayed in Hotel Villa Maria in Sorrento for 9 nights. The hotel is located in very close proximity to all the restaurants and shops, very walkable and very safe area to stay in. It’s right at the beginning of Corso Italia the main street all the way to Piazza Tasso. We enjoyed having breakfast in the hotel every morning which was very convenient. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with accommodations, and giving us information about the places we wanted to go, bus stations, the nearest beach which was 15 minutes walk from the hotel, ferries, train station. Our room had ocean view and every morning we absolutely enjoyed looking at Mount Vesuvius and the ocean from our balcony. The room was outdated but in Italy that’s how the rooms are. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay in Hotel Villa Maria and Sorrento. I highly recommend this hotel for those who want to visit Sorrento. Everyday we picked another city to visit: Pompeii with train, Capri and Anacapri with ferry, Positano with ferry, Amali/Ravello by bus. The hotel has a pool and bar/restaurant that you can order drinks or dine in addition to the main restaurant for breakfast which was included in our hotel booking and dinner which you will need to pay. We also had room service every day.

The restaurant and pool bar staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The staff in the lobby answered all of our questions. The location was great and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The air conditioning in our room worked. Room was just a little on the small side but since we only slept there and sat on the balcony in the evenings it was manageable.

Excelente ubicacion. Buen servicio. Cuarto espacioso y comodo. No me agrado que te cobraran el estacionamiento (30Euro la noche) y mas porque hay lugar afuera pero los empleados del hotel toman las posiciones disponibles.

After a full tour across Italy we came here to chill staff super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is so convenient and 2 mins walk into the centre of sorrento, pool is great when you can’t be bothered to go to a private beach. Happy hour is fabulous and roof terrace at end of the day was perfect start to the evening. Lots to do shopping wise and so many fabulous restaurants in town. Overall just what we needed and room Was lovely and clean and double balconies so the only addition I would have added is to have larger fridges in rooms. Thank you
