While housekeeping kicked in day two, room had mosquitoes and we got bit terribly, internet connection was almost nonexistent, breakfast was one coffee+ croissant (How is this buffet breakfast), the people next room had their TV on all night long, there is no front desk until 2pm and she leaves at 8pm( when she is there, she is excellent, friendly, helpful- thank you for everything) don’t fall for shuttle..it is private car and charges 70 euros, housekeeping people are ok, room, bed- ok, bathroom ok. If you need a place to stay clean and have no luggage it is ok. But for 85 euros a night it is not worth it.

The customer service was very polite, the hotel was very clean and cozy, quiet. Was close to bus and metro terminal. Its a small hotel but very good!

It was a good hotel that gave me what I needed. The young woman at the front desk was amazing!

Muito boa, o hotel é super acolhedor e as pessoas super receptivas.

Unfortunately our booking was somehow made for 1 person even though we always book for 2 adults. When we got there they charged us 25 euros per night for my wife. Otherwise the staff were nice. Breakfast is disappointing.

The location of the Hotel Vitti is a ten minute walk from the Metro that takes you directly into the city The hotel's baked goods are excellent. The staff was very helpful and tolerated my attempts to speak Italian.

A localização é bastante longe de Roma, com transporte público fica em torno de uma hora, pra mim não vi problema pq não gosto de aglomeração de turista, mas pra quem tem dificuldades de locomoção ou orçamento apertado melhor optar por algo mais perto, pq são no mínimo 10 minutos de caminhada até o ponto de ônibus. O quarto é bem Legal, limpeza diária, só não gostei da cama de casal que é uma cama de solteiro unida o que é super desconfortável. Aredito que falta transparência quanto ao café da manhã, visto que é apenas um crossaint + um- bebida( café ou um suco artificial bem ruim), onde são disponibilizado um voucher por pessoa pra vc retirar na cafeteria que fica abaixo do hotel. Não há check in Após as 22h, é importante ressaltar isso por conta do planejamento de quem pretende ficar por aqui.

Very dirty!!

It is not a bad place to stay, if you want to spend more time in Rome, you will need to take into consideration that is far, around ~45 minutes. If your flight back is too early you will need to arrange a taxi which will cost you around 60€, otherwise, you will need to take a couple on buses during a night before to be closer to the airport. Outside room is very noisy and everything outside will bother you. One morning at 6 a.m I heard a sound of a machine in the upper floor, it seemed to be a washing machine. During my stay, there was not WiFi service but the receptionist agreed to not charge me the city taxes which was good.

Avrei dato una stella in più perché il personale è davvero molto cortese e disponibile ed il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono. La stanza ha diverse lacune ma è un 2 stelle quindi soddisfa i requisiti della categoria d'appartenenza. Ho dato una stella in meno e non tornerei in questo hotel, per la colazione. Premesso che la proprietà ha un'ottima pasticceria adiacente l'hotel, la colazione compresa nel prezzo consiste in un caffè (oppure cappuccino osucco di frutta) ed un croissant. Quindi io che faccio solitamente una colazione abbondante e mia moglie che a colazione mangia salato abbiamo dovuto optare per una soluzione alternativa. Ovviamente scomoda ed a nostre spese. Già l'incoerenza di un hotel che comunica in lingua inglese ma poi non ha una colazione salata, mi fa sorridere (siete internazionali o locali?!?) ma se lo avessero specificato nella prenotazione avrei optato per un'altra soluzione. A volte basta davvero poco...

O atendimento da recepção é pessimo para Brasileiros. O café da manhã é terrível. Sai antes do previsto pq já não aguentava mais está ali. Minha esposa estava sufocada e não conseguia dormir. O café da manhã te serve apenas um croassiant doce e se quiser. Tínhamos os bilhetes do café da manhã do dia seguinte e tentamos comer mais no dia anterior porém não aceitaram. Não entendo o motivo já que tínhamos pago uma estadia de 4 diárias, porém só ficamos 2 prefiro perder o resto. Mal localizado também. Sem dúvida um dos piores hotéis que já me hospedei.

Hotel bom, mas falta um café mais adequado pelo vlr que pagamos e na hospedagem e não na padaria que não entende os turistas. Tb precisam arrumar o elevador que não deixam usar por ser velho. Meio distante do metrô mas dá pra ir caminhando. Não há turistas por perto e distante de tudo.

Adoramos o lugar. Internet boa, quarto limpo e chuveiro bom. Só na hora de ir embora não tinha ninguém na recepção. Mas recomendamos o hotel.

Staff comes only at 2PM, so you cannot come earlier to leave your luggage and potentially walk/tour around. It seems the checking in system is slow. Lastly, when it says sleeps 4, it is regardless of the age. Thankfully, the staff can speak and understand English even not fluent but good to communicate. She is really lovely and will go above and beyond.

Wir waren vor 14.00 h. am Hotel, Trotz angegebener Telefonnummer war kein betreten des Hotels möglich (WC) Die Matratzen waren auf eine Art Feldbettenuntergestell einfach aufgelegt. Auch sehr durchgelegen. Ich musste aufpassen nicht herunter zu rollen (einseitig abschüssig). Frühstück eine Katastrophe: Nur eine Tasse Kaffee, mit einem Gebäck. Für weiteres musste man bezahlen.
