The hotel staff were wonderful
The breakfast buffet area was in a tight corner of the space.
The products provided for the breakfast were mediocre at best.
Actually you would get over the space if the bread and products were better.
The room ran out of hot water a few mornings and we had to have cold showers.
Other mornings the water slowed to a dribble from the shower head.. basic stuff really to be honest..

The hotel is fine overall but I had a terrible experience with the reception to arrange a baby bed on the phone prior to the arrival, despite mentioning this upon making the reservation. The person on the phone was insolent and unwilling to help. Other than that, no issues with our stay. The rooms are fine.
